Close to my lifes end?

Ruska couldn't help but look back after hours of running none stop, fearing for her life. The man was gone so Ruska stopped running and collapsed on the floor.

Ci: Are you ok?!

Ruska: Does it look like I'm ok?

Ri: Well no... Because you were running for hours non- stop so..

Ruska: Not my point!

Ruska got up and started walking up the mountain to get away. The same boy from earlier ran up to Ruska and yelled," There you are!" Ruska moved to the left causing him to fall on the ground. Ruska takes a knife and puts it to his neck while saying," Why are you following me again?! I can kill you now and not have a care in the world!" The boy looked at Ruska and said," Ok.... Just kill me now! You always want to kill me so why not do it now?!" Ruska put pressure on his neck with the knife and said," I will do it... I will! Just tell me why you follow me first!" The boy just smiled and said," You don't have the boobs to do so!" Ruska smiled at the joke and said," Then why don't you have the balls to fend for you life?!" They both laughed and then Ruska said," Really... Why are you following me? Oh and while your at it... What's your name?" The boy stopped smiling and said," Well..... The reason I'm following you is because I.... Kinda like you... And I want to make sure your ok." Ruska looked at the boy in shock.

Ci: O my god!!!! He likes you!!!! * Girly scream *

Ri: Don't trust him.... Don't let him close to your feelings...

Ty: Wow... When did we all start to act different?

Ruska ( in her head ): Well... Wouldn't it be good to have some help?

Ri: I don't know... Ask him some questions like... Can you kill... Are you good with weapons... Etc, Etc...

Ci: I like him * Smiles *

Ty: Of Course you do.....

The boy looked at Ruska with a worried look and asked," Are you ok? You have been quiet for a while..." Then Ruska realised that she had to keep walking. Ruska stood up, put the knife in her pocket, and asked," Are you good with weapons? Can you or will you kill? Can I trust you?" The boy nodded. Ruska started running up the rest of the mountain... Now her new teammate not far behind.

Ci: See Ri... That wasn't so bad.

Ri: I still hate him... He just has that feeling to him.

Ty: If he's good with anything sharp... I'm good...

Ri: Aren't you supposed to be the negative here?

Ty: Honestly.... I have no idea anymore...

Ci: Anyway....... I still like him!

Ruska reached the top and relaxed. The boy ran and sat beside her and said," You run fast... What from?" Ruska remained silent for a little then said," Just a.... Man. I..... He... Did something to me that I could never forgive or forget." The boy was lost in his thoughts then said," What did he do?" But by then... Ruska was asleep. The boy smiled and whispered," Good night."

------Ruska's dream------

Ruska coughed up blood. The Man looked at her with with a big smirk on his face. Ruska looked around and saw a knife in her stomach and a knife about to be stabbed in her back. Ruska felt the knife piercing her skin. All she could think about was that she was dying. Ruska didn't know what to do... Before everything went black she gasped for air but none came.

------Real life------

Ruska woke up drenched in sweat. The boy beside her gave Ruska a worried look and asked," Are you ok?! You were tossing and turning all night!" Ruska nodded not sure if she was.

Ri: Are you ok?! We all saw the nightmare! Horrible if you ask me....

Ty: All the gore and blood got me excited!!!!!!

Ci: Too much for me...

Ruska ( in head ): Yeah... I think I'm fine...

Ruska got up and said," Well... The Man, isn't here... That's good!" The boy nodded. Ruska remembered that he never told her his name so she asked," Hey... What's your name?" The boy looked at Ruska and said," My name is, Michael, but people call me Mike." Ruska nodded, then Mike asked," Why don't you tell me your name?" Ruska gave him a scowl, then said," The man will do anything to kill me, and so if I get attached to you... It would be a big mess." Mike nodded in understanding. Then when Ruska looked into his eyes she saw guilt pass through his eyes so Ruska asked," Why do you feel guilty?" Mike scratched the back of his neck nervously and said," Oh... Nothing..." Ruska gave him a confused look and said," Ok well... I'm going down the mountain... So I can get as far away from him as I can..." Ruska started to walk North like she has been but Mike grabbed her hand and said," I can't let you... I wish I could... But I can't..."

Ri: He's working for him! I told you he was off but noooo you had to put a little trust in him then he betrays you! See now you HAVE to listen to is more...

Ruska ( in head ): I have been! Sometimes I just wish I can do things myself... Sorry... I will obey more...

Ty: But WHY did you DISOBEY us when we can help you?!

Ci: I'm ok with it... I mean you guys, she is 14 so she does have the right to explore the world!!!

Ri: But now the boy is keeping her from doing just that!!!

Ruska ( in head ): Guys... Not to disturb or anything... But I feel him getting closer...

Ri: Get out of there now!!!

Ruska ( in head ): He's right beside me!
