Cas and Dean went into the diner and got a booth.

"The food here is amazing," Dean sighs.

"I know."

"You've been here before?" Dean's face lights up with a bright smile.

Cas laughs and shakes his head. "No, you keep on saying how amazing this place is."

"Yeah, well it is," Dean pouts. Cas looked out the window as they waited for someone to take their order. A bee buzzed by and landed on the flower by the window. Cas smiled. "What?"

Cas turned to face Dean and pointed at the bee on the flower. "There's a bee."

"You like bees?" Dean asked. Cas nodded and looked back out the window. "Alright."

A girl with short brown hair cut into a bob came over. Cas read her name tag and it said "Kary".

"Hi, I'm Kary. Any drinks?" She kindly asked. She was making googly eyes at Dean.

"I'll have a Coke. What about you, Cas?" Dean ordered.

"Sprite," Cas smiled. Kary handed them menus and walked away. Dean leaned over the table and stared at her hips, which were swaying as she walked. She turned around and smiled at Dean before ducking into the kitchen. Cas looks out the window once more, this time his heart sinking. Dean likes girls.

"Her name isn't Kary, you know," Dean breaks the silence between them.

"Then what is it?" Cas snaps. He sighs. "Sorry."

"It's Bela. She's a real bitch," Dean groans.

"But you think she's attractive?" Cas asks, knowing he's clearly out of place.

"Well, yeah. Don't you?" Dean sounds like he's testing Cas.

"I guess," Cas mumbled. Even though he was gay, he could recognise a good looking girl when he saw one. That doesn't mean he would ever pursue the girl like most boys his age would, it only means he knows the difference between what is considered "hot" and "okay".

Kary- or Bela- walks back with their sodas. Under Dean's cup is a napkin with some numbers scribbled on it. She left Dean her number. She smirks at Dean and he returns the gesture.

"What would you boys like to eat?" Kary asks, tapping her pen on her notepad.

Dean fumbles through the menu. He points at something from what Cas thinks is the burger menu. Kary nods and writes it down.

"How about you?" She points her pen at Cas.

"I'll just have a double cheeseburger," Cas mumbles. Kary writes down Cas's order.

"Alright, your food will be out soon." Kary walks away, and this time Dean is staring at Cas.

"I think she gave you her number," Cas says, pointing at Dean's drink. Dean lifts up his cup and sees the napkin with her number on it.

"Yeah, she did." Dean smiles.

"Are you going to call her?" Cas's voice cracked. He subtly punched himself under the table.

Dean picked up his drink and took a sip from the straw. "Nah."

"You're not?"
