Dean and Cas walked outside, heading to the impala.

"I still don't have my contacts," said Cas, opening the door the the passenger seat.

"That's okay. I have a pair of your glasses in here," Dean got into the impala and reached to the back seat.

"Wha-"

"I found them outside after your fight with Naomi. They had the initials 'CN' on them, so I figured they were yours," Dean explained.

"But I-" Cas tried to remember when he had dropped his glasses. The only thing he did remember was breaking his glasses. "I must have had this pair in my pocket. Then I could've dropped it." Cas put the glasses on and he could finally see. He had taken out the contacts before he fell asleep the night before. Since he had no solution, he didn't put them in in the morning. Dean leaned over and kissed Cas on the cheek.

"What was that for?"

"Just 'cuz," Dean shrugged, smiling. Cas chuckled and looked out the window, watching the houses and buildings speed past.

Once they arrived at the school, Dean parked the impala and got ready to go.

"I'll walk you to your first class," Dean said, adjusting his backpack on his shoulder.

"Alright."

Cas saw the familiar red hair of his best friend speed by under the white helmet she was wearing. Cas grabbed on to Dean's hand to stop him from walking away any further. "Let's wait for Charlie. We've got time."

Dean checked his watch. 7:55. They had five minutes until they had to be in class, so they were good.

Charlie ran up to the duo and smiled.

"Finally fucked?" She smiled. Cas hit her arm and blushed. Dean had quite the opposite reaction, bursting out into a fit of laughter.

"No," Cas stressed. "We just agreed to become boyfriends."

"His idea, or yours?"

"Mine," They both said at the same time.

"It was Dean's idea," Cas gave in. Dean smiled.

"Oh, you guys are so cute. I knew it would be a thing. Ever since Cas told me about going out for lunch, I knew it," Charlie babbled. "He really likes you, you know."

"Wha- I-" Cas started to blush at his friend's boldness.

"I really like him, too," Dean smiled, swinging his arm over Cas's shoulder and squeezing him tightly.

They heard someone stomping loudly, so Charlie turned around. "Here comes trouble," she mumbled under her breath.

Dean turned his head to see a hand coming towards his face. He couldn't move in time, so he got smacked.

"You asshole! You left me, to be with another man!" Lisa screeched. People were starting to look.

"Hey, Lisa," Dean scratched the back of his head.

"Oh, don't you 'hey, Lisa' me! You're a complete douche!" Lisa cried.

"Lisa, please. People are starting to stare," Castiel tried.

"Oh! You don't want people to know, do you?" Lisa taunted. She cupped her hands around her mouth to make herself louder. Cas went to stop her, but it was too late. "Lookie here, everyone! Castiel Novak and Dean Winchester are the new hit item!"

A chorus of sounds came from the surrounding crowd.

"Lisa!" Dean shouted.

"What?! I have a right to be pissed, Dean. First we break up, then you fuck some girl last night, and now you're with Castiel over here?" Lisa screams.

"You-" Cas slowly pulled away from Dean. "Anna- that's why- oh god."

"Cas no, it's- don't listen to her." Dean stepped closer to Cas, but Cas backed away, tears forming in his eyes.

"Last night, you dropped off Anna. Then we- you-" Cas fought back the tears.

"Cas, what's wrong?" Charlie intervened.

"Dean here had sex with some girl last night and then hooked up with Cas," Lisa explained, a smile plastered on her face.

"Did you? Dean," Charlie angrily asked. Dean just held his head low. "Pig! Cmon Cas. Let's go."

Charlie guided Castiel away, who had tears streaming down his face onto his neck.

"He- Anna! Charlie, he was with Anna! That's what he was going to tell me, I know it. But he didn't. He decided to ask me to be his boyfriend, first. Maybe just to make sure I didn't leave him." Cas was piecing everything together now.

"Cas!" Dean yelled from behind. "Cas, please!"

Cas just hurried to his class, Charlie giving Dean the finger as they walked away. Dean stopped running and froze in his place.

The bell rang, and Charlie and Cas split up.

Chapter Fifteen: Dean

In class, Dean tried to get Cas's attention at several different times. When Dean passed Cas a note, he didn't even look at it.

He had really messed up. He knew that having sex with Anna would have some form of repercussions, but he didn't know it would affect his relationship with Cas.

If he had known Anna was Cas's sister, he would have never have even talked to her. He had really fucked up this time. So far, Cas was one of the only good things in his life.

"Cas!" Dean called out one last time, hoping to get Cas's attention.

"Don't you ever talk to me again, Dean Winchester!" He heard Cas's voice yell back, full of sadness and tears.

He couldn't mean that. He just couldn't.
