Don walked casually through the woods to her rock crevice. It was small, cozy, and out of sight to anyone or anything. The perfect place to live in her eyes.

Just then, the hum of hover-scooters filled the air. "Crap..." Don whispered. She ran as fast as she could to her rock crevice. When she got there, she jumped in and froze. Don stayed in that position until the searcher Burlies passed over. Every once in a while they would pick up her heat signal and come searching. Her dad just would not stop after eight years, ever since she ran away a week before she turned seven.

Then something strange happened.

"Ahh!!"

"Who's there?" Don asked.

"Don? Uh, where am I?"

"Phig. This is where I live." Don gestured around to all the tables with strangely shaped bottles that lined the room.

"Cool. How do I get out?"

"Follow me," Don led him through her small home to a back exit. "It's flat outside this stone door. Trust me," she said.

"Well, let's hope this never happens again," Phig said sheepishly.

"Yeah, that'd be best."

Then Don pushed him out and closed the door.

Author's Note:

Sorry for the short chapter. I just wanted you to know Don's home. I'm really stuck for the next few chapters; I have five days to fill before Entertainment, and I have no idea what to do next. Should I go randomly into one of Phig's friends' thoughts? Or stay with Phig and Don? If you could help, it'd be much appreciated.
