"You good here?" Emily asked Jake from the front desk of their very white studio. I mean it had to be white, it was a photography studio.
"Yes, yes you can go" Jake said as Emily chucked him the keys to the front door.
"Get another one cut" Emily said as she opened the glass door.
"Will do, see ya"
"Bye" Emily waved before she stepped out into the sunny street of Sydney. It was around 4.P.M meaning that it was a fairly comfortable heat, not sticky or sweaty. Emily rummaged in her Michael Kors bag for her car keys. She stopped by the side of her Mercedes G63 as untangled her keys from her earphones.
As she drove along to her home, that she shared with her boyfriend Rob as heard the radio host say
"And this is the moment that all you girls have been waiting for, we have 5 Seconds of summer here in the studio!"
Emily's mouth twitched into a smile as she turned up the radio to listen carefully to the radio interview. She had an huge amount of pride in her as she heard them talking about the upcoming album to be released in a few weeks, it will be their third album. Emily pulled into her neighborhood and drove into her driveway pulling out the keys, stopping the radio. Sure she was proud of them but it still hurt a bit of her heart to hear his voice.
She unlocked her front door into her modern house. Emily and Jake's photography company was pretty successful being the most used photo studio in Australia. This job was only a small contribution to her luxury lifestyle. Her boyfriend Rob was a business owner, along with Poppy's boyfriend, Will. They had an incredible successful joint business. Emily met Rob when she was his PA, she left that soon after they became official 1 year ago. It was an Okay relationship, it was stable but it wasn't the same feeling as her last relationship, with Calum.
Emily walked a few steps forward to place her keys in the bowl on the kitchen breakfast bar. She placed her bag on the breakfasted bar before walking up the glass stairs with a wooden framing. She pushed the door into the master bedroom. It was a lot simpler than the rest of the house. Emily wanted it less show off because no one else would see it. It had a wooden floor with a white fluffy rug. A double bed in the middle, with a padded wall built in headboard. The walls were white except the back wall, that the beds top was pressed against, that was black. There was a red dividing wall which was where the marble bathroom was. The wardrobes were black sliding doors, they were built into the room. Emily had a white dressing table with a large mirror hanging on the wall.
Emily kicked off her small heels and slid off her blue day dress before sliding her wardrobe door open and getting some jeans and a white vest top, which was roll neck, out and putting them on. She had to go to Tommy's game at the school, after talking to the headteacher. Normally her dad would do it but he had work to do, unsurprisingly that came first. Emily slipped on some pumps before picking up her dress and chucking it in the wash basket as she passed.
Emily got back in her car and drove to Ockwood high. She turned into the car park and parked up. Tommy was waiting for her by the front entrance. She walked down to him checking her phone for any messages, but nope.
"Sup" Emily said taking off her round sunglasses and putting them into her bag.
"Hi" Tommy said.
Tommy had grown up a lot since their mum died. He appreciated things and people a lot more than he used too. He ditched the weed, but still partied and drunk but that was a normal teenage thing. He was now taller than Emily at the height of 6'2 and he had board shoulders. He was captain of the schools football team and was the most popular guy in school, but he'd never admit it.
