"So how was LA?" Holly asked as we sat at her kitchen table. I swirled my water around my glass focusing my eyes on the movement of the water rather than my best friend. "Em?" Holly asked snapping her fingers at me making me looking up at her. 

"What?.. Oh LA. Yeah it was good" I say my voice mumbling out a little as I spoke. Holly gave me a suspicious look. So i'd been back three days, and I hadn't exactly told anyone why I was in LA for a month. Not the real reason anyway. Apart from Tommy. 

"Why are you being so distance?" Holly asked frowning at me. I look at her dumbly making her roll her eyes "What did you do in LA for a month without any friends?" 

"Oh not much" I cough shifting in my seat before looking back down at the water. It's not that I didn't want to tell Holly what I do doing or who I was with, it was just. Calum and I weren't exactly official and I kind of liked keeping it a secrete. I knew by the end of the day Holly would know, maybe Poppy. 

Holly let out a small chuckle before sipping on her green tea "Okay what happened in LA?" Holly asked smilingly at me. 

"Nothing" I say trying to lie to her was impossible, she knew my way better than I knew myself. 

"Did you meet someone?" Holly asked raising an eyebrow at me as I avoided eye contact "You did didn't you?" 

"Not exactly" I say leaning back in my seat looking at her. Holly gave me a confused look making me sigh "I was with Calum" 

"You were what?!" Holly asked, I couldn't exactly tell her emotion but I think  it was shock. Her eyes were wide which indicated that it was probably shock. I didn't say anything she just waited for her next move. "I thought he had a girlfriend?" 

"He did" I shrugged biting her lip as Holly raised her eyebrows and sipped on her drink.We sat for a few moments in silence. 

"Well" Holly said slowly "What happened?" 

"Too his girlfriend?"  I questioned crossing my arms over my chest as I lent against the back of the really uncomfortable wooden chair. 

"No" Holly groaned rolling her eyes "Between you and Calum" 

"Oh" I mutter "Well I stayed in his apartment" 

"You fucked you're ex boyfriend?" Holly asked smirking at me a little. 

"I didn't say that!" I protested smiling at her a little. Holly chuckled a little before giving me a small disbelief look. "Okay fine I did sleep with him" 

"Is he still good?" Holly asked titling her head to the side. 

"He got better" I grin at her making her stick out her bottom lip and nod her head at me. 

"So what did you guys do? Fall in love all over again?" Holly asked making me run my tongue across my lip. I wouldn't say that we fell in love. 

"In a month?" I question a little bit of amusement in my voice "Come on Hols, no one can fall in love in a month" 

"Yeah but did you fall out of love?" Holly asked making me pout a little in thought at her. 

"I don't know" I shrug. Even though that wasn't true, it was undeniable that I never fell out of love with him. 

"Have you heard from Poppy lately?" Holly asked smoothly changing the subject. Probably because she had enough information to keep her happy for now or maybe because she knew I wasn't about to spill any feelings to her. 

"No why?" I frown at the sudden concern for Poppy, I'm sure she was fine. 

"Maybe we should go round" Holly suggested standing up and looking at me.
