26. Lay <Mystic> (Healer)

I walked to my boyfriend's house and knock on the door.
"Chan Bum!" I said and hugged him tightly as he opened the door.
"Ah, my girlfriend has arrived," he said happily. We walked in and sat on the couch.
"I'll get you some water," he said. I nod and waited for him to come back with some water.

"Oppa, are you ok?" I said. His face suddenly turn pale and he had a sad face plastered on.
"Y/n, just remember I love you a lot," he said. He held both of my hands.
"What's going on?" I ask.
"My parents force me to marry another girl. I don't love her, but I'll have to. Just remember I love you a lot and it hurts a lot to let you go," he said. My tears flow out and I remove my hands from his. I cover my face.
"I'm sorry. I truly love you, Y/n, but my parents had this marriage plan out already," Chan Bum said. I wipe my tears and hugged him tightly.
"Araseo, but promise me this. We'll be best friends forever and you have to love her as much you love me now, araseo?" I ask.
"Of course, you can be my little sister. Forget about us dating. I'll love you like my own little sister. Also, I'll love her if you want," Chan Bum said.
"Thank you. I love you bro," I said. I was hurt a lot since we dated for 11 months, but I have to act calm.
"I have to leave soon to see my soon to be wife," Chan Bum said.
"Araseo, good luck," I said. I walked home and couldn't stop crying. I laid in bed and cried on my pillow.
"Y/N! Lay's family is here!" My mom yell. Lay was one of my best friend and his family are my family's friends.
"Y/n?" I heard a voice outside my door. The doorknob turn and Lay appear.
"Are you ok?" Lay ask. I cover my face with my pillow.
"Ne, I'm fine," I said and sniffle a couple of times.
"Jinji? Well then lift your face from the pillow," lay commanded.
"Ani," I said. Lay sigh and lift me up. I force myself to weigh down but he was too strong. I laid in his lap.
"Tell me," he said as he brush my hair out of my face.
"Chan Bum is getting married. His parents forced him too. I love him a lot, but we decided to cut the line and be brother and sister," I said. Lay nodded.
"My heart feel so broken," I said. I hugged Lay's arm tightly.
"Perhaps I can fix that," Lay said.
"Jinji? With you powers?" I ask. Lay shook his head.
"With my love. Maybe I love you as much as Chan Bum loved you and even more. I'll mend that broken heart of yours. Can I replace Chan Bum?" Lay ask.
"I- I- don't know," I said.
"Please? Just one chance," Lay begged. I sigh.
"Araseo, but give me sometime to get over Chan Bum," I said.
"You don't need to, I'll heal you. Let's forget about him and go to the mall or something," Lay said.
"Thank you Lay, for sticking with me when I need you the most," I said.
"Wow. I'm already becoming a good boyfriend?" Lay laugh. I hugged him tightly.
