After staring at the stars for a while i started wandering around,eventually i found Fred the ant again and we walked. i was about to start heading back to the camp at sunrise when suddenly i heard a whoosh, then a crunching sound. i spun around to see a bronze dragon standing on Fred. or what was left of him. i felt something like air rushing past me form Fred's body and a chill as cold as frost.
"HI!"a voice said from the top of the beast
"you killed my friend." i replied flatly staring at Fred's remains
"oh,sorry about that" a wildly haired boy came sliding off the dragon's back "i'm Leo"
"yeah,you are." i was still staring at Fred
"Leo where is everybody?" a girls voice asked from the dragon
"probably at camp... where are we?" leo replied
"in the middle of the forest."
"thanks!"leo spun around to get back on the dragon "where's camp form here?"
"that way" i pointed, and turned to the girl "do you know Percy?"
"yes"she replied stiffly.
"okay then. thanks." and i wandered off i soon heard loud applaus for leo and the girl as they landed at camp. i wasn't expecting to be found, or slammed into for that matter.
"OOF!"i gasped as i fell onto my back
"oh sorry, seth" Hazel pulled me up
"wha tare you doing in the forest?"
"looking for you."
"why?"
"we,the 7 of us that were on the beach. We wanted to apologize" hazel replied looking down "sorry for being so mean to you, we-"
"didn't like hanging around Death?" i added
"well..."
"it's okay, i do realize why you wouldn't want to be around me."
"Seth!"a voice called into my head
'what?'
"nico wants to see you! And i want to play."
'okay Mrs.O'Leary, i'll play with you'
"what's going on?" Hazel asked staring at me
"oh Mrs. O'Leary wants to play with me."
"where is she?"
"at camp."
"and you know this how?"
"i can, um communicate with hell-hounds." i looked at her expecting to see surprise and possibly revolt.
"oh,then how come you didn't talk with the one that tried to kill you?"
"i don't really know" i tried to think of a reason
"SETH!"Rachel roared, grabbed me and pulled me away from hazel.
