~Third person
She sped down the road her mind all over the place and her head not thinking right...it was true that she'd been getting more open and that she'd been talking more about her situations but that couldn't have been him? She didn't willingly give up the information he just took it away from her just like....no she shook her head and carried on. The only reason why she had spoke to Ashton again is because he forced her to, right? She came to the conclusion that nothing was her fault just simply the people around her forcing down the barriers and walls she had built.

A rustle in the tree's ahead made her heart beat faster however she just tried to ignore it and keep walking, it couldn't have been them not a chance. If it was them she would know by know they would have grabbed her she thought as she crossed the road to the side that run right along the forest edge and with that she was grabbed all the kicking and screaming she did didn't help the matter, it just made the mans grip tighter and the gun she felt on her stomach just got closer.

"Well, well, well look who we have here it's the small one," he removed his hand and she didn't make a sound just stood there waiting for them to speak again.

"We've seen something..."

"What?"

"You've been breaking the rules,"

"I've not!"

"How come your talking to others then hey? Told them everything that happened have you? It's you own fault and you know it!"

"I didn't say anything about what happened, I haven't done anything wrong"

"You have! We gave you the rules clear and simple, now stop trying to drag your friends down with you! You don't want to end up like your little friend now do you,"

"Shut up,"

"Or maybe you do,"

"SHUT UP" and with the one of them kicked her in the legs so she fell to the ground and the others started to join in the beating, all that ran through head was that it could be worse and she's seen people go through worse deaths, a more painful and slowly death.

However then the kicking stopped and she heard a gun shot, someone grabbed her and she ended up sat on the edge on the curb with Cameron James and Elliot.

"Are you okay?" James asking being a lot nicer than normal,

"I'm fine honestly it wasn't that bad,"

"It was about the rules wasn't it?" He asked and looked up to Elliot.

"We don't force the rules on you to hurt you brin, we force them on you so you don't get hurt,"

"They haven't been in town for ages I haven't heard anything?"

"Well it looks like there back," she said unamused "you don't think anything will happen like last time do you?"

"No!" Cameron suddenly spoke up, "We won't let it happen again," he finished and with that we walked off.

*Ashtons house

"Umm so hey," Ashton said nervously and Codie still wouldn't look up from her lap,

"I'm sorry," she spoke her voice slightly cracking, on the silent walk to his house she had managed to remember everything, every good time they'd had together, every laugh they'd had, every little moment together which showed they liked each other and then every bad moment, every argument, every moment apart and every second after the night in the forest.

He rushed over to her seat and knelt in front of her holding her face in his hands and wiping away the tears from her cheeks,

"You have nothing to be sorry for,"
