Chapter 7

Taraji-

"Girl I need to change my fucking number!" I yelled as I through my phone down. "What why?" Mary asked. "Look at this shit, Common steady blowing me up," I said as I gave her my phone. "Girl Ty gone beat his ass," Mary said as she passed me my phone back. Common had been blowing my phone up, texting, calling, he was annoying the hell out of me. "Come on Girl lets go to Verizon Wireless," I said as I snatched my purse.

"Oh my God! Mary J and Taraji P. Henson, can I have y'all autographs?" A male sales clerk asked. "Stop being a groupie Simeon," A black clerk said making me and Mary laugh. "What can I do for you today Ms. Henson?" He asked.

"I wanted to change my number, and then block a number," I replied. "Okay, I'll get right on that," he said. "Girl remind me to text Ty when I get my new number," I said.

"Iight girl," Mary said. After getting my new number we left and got lunch. Then we went to do some shopping. While we were in the Gucci store I kept feeling like I was being watched. I looked around the store, and checked my surroundings. "T, you good?" Mary asked. "Nah, Common is some where around me watching me, I can feel it," I said. "T, stop fucking being paranoid for I check yo ass into a crazy house," Mary said making me laugh.

"Bitch I can't stand you," I laughed. After we got done shopping we went to my set. Mary was gone be on Empire this week. She was our special guest.

Tyrese -

After closing the book deal, I came home and took a much needed shower. I grabbed a bag of Doritos, and plopped down in the bed. I grabbed the remote and turned to the sports channel. Just as I got comfortable the door bell rang. I threw on my robe and headed down stairs. Once again it was Jennifer's thirst bucket ass. "Fuck you want now?" I asked. "Tyrese, I can't go a day without you, I need you," she said as she stepped closer to me. "Jennifer, You need to get yo ass up out of here man!" I yelled as I pushed her back.

I went to the door and she gave me a look. I turned my head and watched as she walked out. I slammed, locked the door, and went upstairs. I grabbed my phone to call Taraji and her number was no longer working. "What the fuck?" I said under my breath.

I called Mary and her shit went straight to voicemail. After trying her again and getting no answer, I laid back in bed and drifted off to sleep.

"Do you need me to fucking do your job for you!" Common yelled at Jennifer as she held her head down. "Look I told you he's not going to cheat on Taraji," she replied.

Common grabbed a knife and cut Jennifer's right cheek. "Oh my god!" She growled in pain as blood trickled down her face. Tears began to weld in the back of her eyes. Her hands started shaking uncontrollably. "You got one more time to fuck up! And I swear to God I'll kill you and your son!" He yelled as he stormed off.

Jennifer grabbed a rag and held it up to her face. She really didn't wanna do this, but for the safety of her son she would do anything. She would die to make sure her son was safe.

Taraji -

After taping the show, Mary went her own separate way and I went to my trailer. Sitting on my coffee table once again was a dozen of roses, and a letter. I crumpled up the roses and threw them in the garbage. I grabbed the letter and pushed it in my purse.

Once I got home, I made my way up stairs were Ty was laying in the bed. "Hey baby," I said. "Hey why yo phone disconnected?" He asked. "I didn't text you?" I asked. "No," he replied.

"I told Mary ass to remind me to call you I'm sorry baby I forgot. But I went to Verizon Wireless and had my number changed because common kept calling me, he even came by my trailer today and left some roses and a note, this is the second time he's done this!" I yelled as I took off my shirt.

"That's strange cause Jennifer been coming by here too begging me to fuck her telling me to take her ass back," Ty replied. "Did you?" I asked. "What, no baby, I told you I'm never doing anything to hurt you ever again," he replied.

He grabbed his phone and showed her the naked pictures and the text messages that she had been sending. "Hey babe," I said. "Yeah?" He asked. "You think, Jennifer and Common working together?" I asked.

"Nah, why would they?" He asked. "Because, You left Jennifer for me, I left common for you, they want revenge," I replied. "Damn, that shit do make sense," Tyrese replied.

"I felt like he was following me today, when me and Mary went into the mall, I felt like he was somewhere near watching me.

"Hey, he probably watching me too," Tyrese said. "Baby what if we out smarted them, I mean they probably know our schedules because Jennifer would never try and hit on you while I'm here, and common must know whenever I'll be at the set," I stated.

"That's true, we gotta find a way to get to them, who's are weakest link?" He asked. "Jennifer," I replied.

"We need to get every body on board so you call the girls I'll call the guys have them meet here tonight," Tyrese said as he ran out. Common may think he has the upper hand, but he better watch his back cause we gone bring that smoke.
