Chapter 24

Tyrese-

The next day I went to Kanye's office and apologized to him, he said our deal was still on and everything was cool. Then I decided on taking Norma out for lunch to apologize to her for the way Taraji has been acting lately. To be exact we decided on our normal spot Olive Garden for lunch. I ordered my usual Chicken Alfredo, while Norma ordered her sautéed steak and chicken with rice pilaf.

"Tyrese I'm not trying to start any trouble, I don't think we should be here, I don't need Taraji throwing some more drinks on me," she said as she nervously looked around. "Look Norma relax, it's cool, it's just me and you I told you Everything is cool, we just having lunch okay," I said as I shoved some pasta In my mouth. Norma relaxed a little and then continued to eat her food. Just as I was about to say something my phone started ringing. It was Taraji. I shook my head and answered the call. "Hey baby," she said. "Hey T wassup?" I asked as I wiped my mouth. "Nothing just gave the twins their baths I'm about to fed them, you were gone when I woke up I just wanted to hear your voice," she said.

"Awe okay, well I'm here," I said. "Where are you, what are you doing?" She asked. "I'm out eating lunch," I said. "With who, Norma?" She asked. I rolled my eyes and took a deep breath. "I thought we were passed that T,"

"No were not passed it if you keep going out with her Tyrese what the fuck-" not wanting to hear no more I hung up and turned my phone off. "Look Tyrese I don't wanna come between you and Taraji-"

"Norma, just sit down okay," I said. After we ate we laughed and talked. I don't know what was going on, but I liked being around Norma. It was something about her that was special. "Tyrese, look I'm married and I know your with Taraji, I'm not trying to come in between you too," She said. "Look were just friends Norma, everything is cool stop worrying," I said as I chuckled. I stared deep into her eyes and we pulled closer to each other. I was about to lean in and kiss her when Mary started yelling my name. "Tyrese! Tyrese!" She yelled. "Shit!" I mumbled under my breath.

"Look Tyrese I should go," she said as she began to walk off. "Nah bitch don't walk away know!" Mary yelled as she tried to charge after Norma. I grabbed Mary's hand and pulled her back. "Tyrese have you lost your fucking mind! Taraji is going to kill you!" She yelled. "I don't know what I was thinking Sis," I said as I rubbed my temple. "Are you falling for her?" Mary asked. "I don't Mary. I don't know what's going on in my mind," I said as I leaned up against my car. "Tyrese your my brother, so I'm going to keep this between me and You, but you have a good relationship with Taraji, and you know she loves you, why would you let that tramp come between you two?" She asked.
"You need to get your shit together, Before T kill your ass," She said. I held my head down and looked at the dirty snow under my feet. Mary was right, I can't let this hoe come in between me and T.

Taraji -

"I can't believe this bastard!" I yelled as I threw my script on the ground. "Taraji what's wrong?" Adam asked. I snatched away from him and went to pour myself a glass of champagne. "I'm loosing him to her," I said as tears began to fall down my eyes.

"To who?" He asked. "To that bitch Norma," I said as I sat back down on the couch. "Look Taraji, I know we're friends but, Taraji I have to say this. Tyrese doesn't deserve you. You need something better. I would never let another woman come In between our relationship. I would never make you feel like you can't trust me either," he said as he rubbed my arm.

"I don't know Adam, Maybe your right, I'm just so confused," I said as I stared into Adams beautiful hazel eyes. Adam pulled me closer to him, and kissed me. I kissed him back. "Adam, I can't do this, I'm in love with Tyrese," I said. "Why? I mean hasn't he made it plain and clear that he doesn't appreciate your love?" He asked. I turned away from his glance and down. I was so confused. My mind was telling me Adam, but my heart was saying Tyrese. "Taraji you need to be with somebody whose going to love you like you should be loved," he said as he made me love at him. I closed my eyes as he pressed his lips against mines. I laid back as He got on top of me. I didn't stop him as he made love to me. He took away all the pain and stress that I was feeling. All I could think about was that me and Tyrese's relationship was over.
