We never went back to the conversation we had in the car. We bought the black paint and glow in the dark spray paint. I gave Jai all the money I had and he paided the 15.30 extra that I was missing.
When we got back to my house and we went to my room everything that could be moved out was gone and my bed was covered with a sheet thing to protect it from getting destroyed from paint.
"Well I see your parents did a great job at the part I thought we would have to struggle with." Jai laughed putting down all the equipment on the ground.
"He even put that wall tape thing around so we don't paint my walls by mistake." I added laughing.
"Okay you go get the ladders and I'll get everything ready. We're only gonna get the ceiling done black today and I'll come around tomorrow after school to finish the work."
"Otay." I said leaving the room but Jai spoke again.
"Otay?" He questioned.
"Yes OTAY!" I laughed and ran out of the room to get the ladders.
By the time we were finished painting the ceiling and each other with black paint it was dark outside and my clock said 11pm.
"Wow it's 11 already??? How?" I giggled at the paint covered Jai.
"I don't know." He answered laughing.
"Oh fuck!" I said suddenly when realization hit me.
"Where the fuck am I gonna sleep tonight? Like I know we cleaned everything up, well everything apart from ourselves but like still this room smells toxic from the paint." I could sleep on the couch but my mam gets up really early in the morning and my dad is still up right now so I can't just go sleep on the couch.
"Lillian Davis would you like to have a little adventure tonight and after I leave sneak out of this room, have a movie night with me so we can both suffer tomorrow in school from lack of sleep and see who gets in less trouble?" What a gentleman. Note the sarcasm.
"Umm, Jaidon I say that I might as well just accept that offer under one condition!" Well this boy might be a bit of a bad influence but I'm still not going to risk my life and get murdered by my parents so theirs obviously conditions.
"And what would that be?" Jai questioned me.
"You bring me home at 5am." I state.
"Uh.... sure. If that's the price I have to pay to have you spend time with me I'm willing to pay it." Jai laughed.
"Okay so bye Jaidon." I said walking downstairs with Jai following me.
"See you soon." Jai said giving me a wink before walking out and earning a shake of the head from me. He's so cheeky!
What am I getting myself into?
Lillian you're a mad bastard I swear. If you get caught tell them it wasn't your mind that told you to do that because it wasn't me.
Shut up mind, just shut up, all you do is give me anxiety.
The minute Jai left my house all I've done was said goodnight to my dad and went to my room and locked the door just incase my parents decide to go on some weird night walk to see if we're all asleep and they'll find me gone.
I heard a light tap on my window and opened it to see Jai down on the ground with a handfull of stones ready to throw at my window.
"I'm not deaf. You don't need that many stones." I laughed climbing out of my window and onto the roof of our garage before hopping onto the grass so my dad wouldnt hear in side the house.
"I re-parked the car just around the corner." Jai said beginning to walk in his pointed direction.
"Smart." I wouldn't have probably thought of that if I was in Jai's place.
We got to the car and Jai began to drive back to his home.
"I have a few questions." I said to the boy who till now didn't take his eyes away from the road.
"And what may they be?" He questioned turning back to look at the road.
"First of all what is you mam going to say and second of all don't you share a room with Luke?"
"My mam is probably asleep and Luke can join out movie night but if you don't want my twin around I'll kick him out." Mao laughed.
"Oh god no Luke can stay in his room... I wouldn't want you to kick him out.. that's rude Jai." I said probably sounding bery serious.
"I thought you knew rude was in my nature." Jai answered laughing.
"Just drive." I said laughing now too.
We reached his house in less than 10 minutes as the roads at this hour are usually empty.
We entered his dark house and I right away followed Jai to his and Luke's room.
"Wait here a second." Jai told me before entering his bedroom.
Let's just pray his mam or Beau don't decide to go on a midnight stro.....
"What are you doing here?" Oh shit....
"Oh hey Beau." I answered trying not to sound awkward but failed miserably.
"Please tell me you and Jai aren't like umm.." omg no!
"Beau omg eww I hate your brother. Sorry but he's a douche. We're having a movie night as I had no where to sleep in my house." I spat out quickly.
"MOVIES! Fuck sleep I'm joining." Beau said walking into the twins room and dragging you in with him.
Wtf? What am I doing at the house of someone I just met? And why am I having a movie night with him and his two brothers? My life has never been more eventful....
