"I'm really sorry about Saturday. I suddenly started to feel very sick as if I was going to throw up and I needed some fresh air." I apologized to Madison as we walked into the school building.
"It's totally fine. It's good that you're feeling better now." said Madison as we reached our lockers which were on the second floor of the school.
"So who's that new guy from Saturday?" I asked. I could feel that I was beginning to get nervous. Do I really want to know what happened after I left? He probably told them that I awkwardly ran into him.
"Well he's name is Jai but I advice you to stay away from him because he's a badass and you've been in enough trouble in your life."
Don't you just love it when your friends words make you burn inside because they bring up something you don't want to remember?
I was just about to get the last book from my locker when suddenly someone's hands went over my eyes.
"Morning Julia. Now please let go of me." I said calmly as we always all do this to each other.
"Seeing as you said please." Said the person who's hands now started to be taken away from my eyes but it wasn't Julia's voice, it wasn't even a female voice.
I quickly turned around and saw him.
"What the fuck? Don't touch me creep." I said quickly attempting to get away from him but he had my way blocked and I hit my back off the locker.
"Why are you so pissy? So what's your name because you still haven't introduced yourself." He said smirking. This boy has a smirking problem.
"Wow you're an absolute creep. Now get the fuck out of my way because I need to get my stuff." I said attempting to push him away from me but he didn't move.
"You know my name so it's only fair if you tell me yours." He said.
"How low of you to be listening to a conversation between two random girls." I said still not giving in to him because why does he need my name?
"I heard my name so I definitely wasn't going to miss out on this conversation." He said smirking. I'm literally so tempted to stab him. "And thanks Madison for putting her against me."
"Her name is Lillian. Now Jai go away. We can't be late for class." Madison said and right away received a death glare from me.
Thankfully this time he walked away.
"MADISON! why did you tell him my name? He's some random guy." I said trying not to yell at her.
"He wasn't going to leave us alone other wise." She stated.
"It's fine. I need to go. I have class on the 3rd floor." I said beginning to walk in the direction of the stairs.
"Lill don't be upset with me." Yelled Madison after me.
"I'm not. Now off to class Madds I'll see you in a while. Love you." I said blowing my best friend a kiss and running up the stairs as the bell just went and I was now officially late for class.
The second I entered the class everyone's eyes turned to me.
"You're late miss Davis." Said Mr. Shehan who was standing at the top of the class room explained our art projects.
"I'm sorry sir."
"Next time it will be detention. Now sit down." He said pointing to the only free seat which surprise surprise was next to my new bestie Jai. Notice the sarcasm.
"We meet again. I guess we're meant to be." Jai said the second I sat down.
"Fuck off." I answered not even looking at him.
"You know you can't resist me. I'm just too perfect." He smirked.
"If I fucking see that smirk again this pen will be stabbed into your hand." I said showing him the pen.
"Will you do that? Because I don't think someone like you would do anything to hurt me." I'm literally about to scream.... why is he so annoying?
"I wouldn't be risking my precious hand if I was you." I answered.
After that both of us just stayed quiet as Mr. Shehan was giving us the warning look and I'm not getting kicked out from my favourite class and I don't think Jai wanted to be kicked out either.
Oh how thankful I felt when it turned out that art is the only class me and Jai have together.
The rest of the school day just sort of rolled along and before I noticed it was time to finally go home. Oh how I hate school and now I hate it even more. Thanks Jai.
"Thanks for what?" I suddenly heard Jai's voice coming from behind me. Shit I said that out loud.
