Ender: A Minecraft Story

The New World

I woke up on something fuzzy. Fuzzy? I sat up and looked around. Something fuzzy and green covered the ground. It was the same fuzzy green stuff that was in the pictures!

Steve got up beside me. He walked over to me, sword drawn.

"Are you gonna try to kill me again?" I asked calmly.

Steve sighed. "No! Not at all!" He said sarcastically.

"What's all this green stuff called?" I asked, running my fingers through some of the fuzz.

"That's Grass," sighed Steve. "You've never seen grass before?"

"No, only in pictures. What's that?"

"That's a tree.

"That?"

"A chicken."

"What about that?"

"My house."

"Your house?"

"Yes, my house. I live in it," he said, looking very annoyed.

"What's it made of?" I asked.

"Wood and cobblestone. They're typical building materials."

"Hmm... That cobblestone kind of looks like End stone," I thought aloud.

"Yes, but with a different texture," he said.

"Can we go into your house?" I asked.

"I can, YOU are staying out here," he replied. "Your not coming into my house."

He went into his house and closed the door behind him, leaving me outside. I teleported in, onto his bed. Steve screamed.

"How did you...?! GET OUT!" He pushed me out the door. I teleported back inside.

"Wha?!"

"Dude, I can teleport," I laughed.

"Ugh! I just can't win!" He cried. He pulled out his sword and held it to my throat. "If you don't get out, and stay out, you will die."

I didn't move. After a few seconds I teleported behind him. He turned to me.

"If you don't get out, I won't help you survive this world, and you won't survive without me. Trust me."

I looked at him. It was true, if he didn't show me around, I wouldn't know what I needed to survive. I didn't even know what a tree was when I first came here!

I sighed and walked out.
