Ender: A Minecraft Story

Finding Rose

It could take days to find Rose. She was one enderman out of many, and the chances of finding her were very slim. On the other hand, the chances of her finding me are much higher.

The only problem is, I bet the whole Ender Army is out looking for me now. Since I've been gone for what, 4 or 5 days, they've probably even offered a huge reward to whoever finds me.I would have to hide from any enderman other than Rose.

I searched a while, then decided to quit and spend the night. After all, those stupid "mobs" or whatever Steve calls them would be out again.

I chopped some wood and made a small house, big enough to sleep in, and lay down for the night.

In the morning, I went outside to do some more searching. I had to find Rose fast; Steve might already be dead for all I know.

I searched for the rest of the day, but still no Rose, or ANY enderman for that matter.

I decided to do some thinking. I seem to remember the enderman always going into normal Minecraft at a certain time of day. But of course, there was no time of day in the End.

But I also seem to remember Rose talking about... Nighttime. Of course.

So far I've only been searching in the daytime. But the enderman only come out at night!

That night I didn't make a house. From now on I would sleep in the day, and search at night. I flew over the terrain, looking for the familiar black shape of an enderman.

Finally I found one, and what do you know! I recognized the familiar black bow, it was Rose. Wow, what luck, the first one I find.

I swooped down and landed beside Rose. "Rose! I really need your help-"

"Misty! We've been looking everywhere for you!" She interrupted. "Some of the guards saw you escape from the End with some guy!"

"Rose! That's not important right now! That guy, his name is Steve, he was captured by Lord Herobrine, and I need to go free him!" I said urgently.

"Lord Herobrine?" She questioned. "But he's always been peaceful towards the End!"

"Well not here! I need you to get me to the nether!"

She shrugged. "Whatever, but what will I tell your parents?"

"Ha! You won't tell them anything!" I grinned. "How hurry, TO THE NETHER!"
