We ran for the castle. It was where we just escaped from, but it was either that, or Herobrine's army. Which would YOU choose?
Unfortunately, the portcullis was down, and the drawbridge was up. Sure, this may not be medieval times anymore, but our castle had remained the same.
I banged at the rusty metal bars, begging them to let me in. I wondered why there were no guards on duty here, usually there were at least 4.
The leaders of the group, a bunch of zombies with iron swords, had spotted us, and were now running. We had little time to do anything.
"What do we do? We can't outrun them, and we obviously can't fight them off," said Steve. "I mean, it's 100 to 3, and me and Misty don't even have weapons!"
"I have a weapon," I said, pulling out the dagger I kept under my belt. "It's the one weapon that they didn't know about. But you can use it, ill settle with this broom."
"The broom?! How is that going to help?!" He exclaimed.
"You got a better idea?" Asked Vent. "We need to go they're getting a little close!"
I turned my attention back to the zombies and noticed that they were now only a few meters away. We started running.
I led the way around to the secret passageway, that only the royals knew about. I stopped at the place on the wall and pressed a button, causing part of the stone to pop out. Shoving the door to the side, I gestured for everyone to go in, then pulled it back into place.
It was pitch black in the tunnel. "Ahh! There's glowing eyes!" Screeched Steve, punching me in the face.
"That's me, you idiot!" I shouted.
"Oops, sorry Misty."
"You better be."
"So where does this lead out?" Asked Vent, feeling his way down the tunnel.
"There's a bunch of passageways branching off from here. We're gonna need real light to see." I replied. "Anyone have any matches?"
They shook their heads.
"Darn, one second, let me see." I checked everywhere, but any source of light had been confiscated from me when they had locked me in the tower.
I sighed. "I hoped I wouldn't have to do this." I held up my hand, and a glowing ball of purple fire formed. The tunnel flooded with light.
"Woah! I never knew you could do that!" Exclaimed Vent.
"Me neither!" Agreed Steve. "I knew you could teleport, but- wait..." He paused. "Couldn't you just have teleported us out of there?"
"No," I sighed. "My mom put a restriction on me."
"Misty, I thought I told you there was no such thing as restrictions in Minecraft!"
"No, this one is real. I can't teleport at all."
"Are we just gonna sit here the whole time? Or are we actually going to leave?" Urged Vent.
"Oh right, we need to warn the castle." I said, getting up from where I was seated. "It should be this way."
I led us down a long passage and we came out at a flight of stairs. I went up the stairs and pushed away the stone door, allowing us to get out. We were in the hallway outside the throne room. Perfect.
I replaced the trap door and we crept up to the throne room entrance. I heard voices from inside.
"I believe a prisoner and 2 rebels had escaped into the End," said a deep voice. Herobrine. We were too late.
"Yes, one of those was my daughter, I am very sorry for her misbehavior. As for the other 2, feel free to take them back, they are prisoners in our dungeon right now." Said my mom.
"Are you sure?" Asked Herobrine. "Because I believe that they are standing just outside the door..."
Oh snap.
