Chapter Two

Katherine's POV :

"All set Miss , your father should be here to say good bye " Clara said . "I doubt he'll come " "Don't think that way Miss " she said walking into the auto . "Katherine, dear !" I heard . I turned around to see my father and mother . "Katherine, please try and be nice " my father said . I nodded . "Here " my mother said giving me a locket with a crown on it . "It will do you well " she said kissing my cheek .

The servants waved goodbye and farewell. I entered the plane and it was quite . The sounds of the lights switching on and off . I looked over to see Clara reading a book on New York sights .

"Why are you looking at that Clara ?" "What ? This ? Oh well it is some of the best sights in New York New York! I figured Prince Jack could take you there as a date !" "Clara hate to burst your but the prince and I won't be dating . He'll be too busy on finding cheap entertainment!" "No ! You'll fall in love !"

Growing up I did think I would find love but that's all gone now , it was hard to think about the idea of love , my parents had a loveless marriage. True they are great friends and care about each other deeply but not in a loving way . My brother and his wife are not in love . Yes they kiss and walk with each other but it's more of a duty for them .

When I was younger I would imagine a prince who could sweep me off my feet with his kind words and phrases.

"Miss , it's a  rather long flight to New York , you may want to get some shut eye " "Yeah . Shut eye " I said laying back and falling asleep .

I'm in a white and gold palace . My gown is white and gold . There's diamonds all over . I turned my head and saw a large window . And a man . He has a crown on and all I can see is sparking blue eyes with a gorgeous head of hair that's is put together with a crown he's looking out of the window . It's rather large .

"Miss , your father wishes to speak with you " I nodded and he shoos me off with his hands .

I open the door . My father is sitting at a large desk with a diagonal shadow running across the floor . "Katherine, Katherine, Katherine "

"Katherine!" Clara said to me . I opened my eyes quickly . "Clara ? What is it ? What's wrong ?" "We're in New York Miss " "oh " "we will be landing shortly then a we must drive to the palace . " "alright "

Jacks POV :

"Okay , now sir remember be polite, and caring . Listening to her is key ! Also , compliment her . Her smile , hair , personality. And of course says she's beautiful " "okay " he then began to fix my tie . "Davey it's fine " "to you and me maybe but to your aunt . Oh . I would be dead sir !" He said making it perfectly . "Okay " he then grabbed a lint roller and rolled my tie , shoulders . And arms . "Perfect !"

Davey walked to the secret room of my bedroom and opened the hiding cabinet and took my crown out. He began to fix my hair so my crown was 100% percent ready .

"Jack , I need you to remember to be nice to here " "yes aunt meddas "and remember no answering the camera crews questions ! Just smile and be polite and politically correct when addressing your relationship ! You are what -" "Courting " "good , this way people don't know the state of the relationship " "yes aunt Medda " "alright she'll be here soon . David !" "Yes ma'am ?" "You are to make sure Jack here doesn't spill the beans !" "Yes ma'am" "and if he does " she said taking his tie , "I'll make it look like a bloody accident " she said . Davey gulped and replied to her with a "yes ma'am "

Davey and I walked down the hall . The press was there .
"HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DATING THE PRINCESS ?"
"WHEN WILL YOU MARRY !"
"PRINCE JACK !"
"GIVE US THE INSIDE SCOOP!"
"WE KNOW THE TRUTH !"
"BABIES SOON ?!?"
"LETS SEE SOME LOVEY DOVEY ACTION TODAY !"
"WHY HER ? WHY PRINCESS KATHERINE?"
"WHY IS SHE GOING TO BE YOUR WIFE ?"
"DO YOU TWO WANT TO RUN THE COUNTRIES ?"
"WILL CALIFORNIA AND NEW YORK BECOME ONE AGAIN !!"
"HOW WILL YOU TO RUN THIS COUNTRY ! YOUR BOTH 17!"
