Chapter 20

Jacks POV :
Katherine and I had a quick lunch and bought some things for the house . "Okay so you all know where the items are going ?" I asked the movers and decorators . "Of course sir , it's should be ready by tomorrow afternoon " "thank you " I said .

Katherine and I walked back inside our hotel room . "It's late
Jack " Katherine said "yeah it is " I said . I watched her . She put her bag on the hook , took off her crown and used the small rag to clean it . I stood against the doorway and watched her . She then felt around her waist for a zipper.

"Jack ?" I shook my head and looked at her "hm ?" "Can you unzip this a tad , I can't seem to find it " she said "sure " I said she walked over to me and then turned around . I felt the waistband and found the zipper. I unzipped it a tiny bit "there " "thanks . " she said and walked off into the bathroom. The water began to pour , she must be taking a shower.

I laid down on the couch . Katherine and I bought a house , she just be feelings things . And most likely they are close to what I'm feeling . And whatever she felt about Darcy is gone , I know it ! If it wasn't why would she kiss me back like she did earlier .

"Jack ? Why are you still in your suit ?" Katherine asked . She had a nightgown on and robe and her long soaking brown hair was tied up . "Oh , I didn't even realize, Katherine? Can we talk real quick ? And this is isn't about the divorce " "oh ,um sure " she said and sat down on the couch .

"Now a couple days ago , two days ago to be exact, I told you I love you " "yes , I'm aware " "you said something " "what did I say ?" "That you loved Darcy , " "okay " "can you tell me what that was all about ?" "Wel I guess so , the reason why I felt that way about him was because besides my brothers he's the only ever boy I grew up with . And I didn't know the feelings I had for him , and I never understood it ." "So why did you say that you loved him " "because I do , but not in that way . I love him like I love Luis and Jonas , like a brother ." "But you said he was your first kiss " "he was , I chased him around the palace and corned him one day when we were 13. He made fun of me because I was told I had to get braces . He told me only losers get braces , so I corned him and then fought him . He kissed my cheek to scare me and I kissed his lips to scare him . After I kissed him on the lips he went away for sometime and he came back . The next time I saw him was at the wedding " "oh , so you don't love him ?" "No " "so do you love me ?" I asked . "Jack -" "do you ?" "No ," "oh , okay , um -" "I didn't say that I couldn't but as if the moment no , your a very good man ... For the most part but I don't have those exact feelings that you have for me that I have for you . I like you Jack , your a very good person , and you have come a medium way from a week ago , but I just don't feel that way " "okay , but there's a possibility that soon or one day you will " "I'm not saying that I'm just saying be prepared for anything " "with you as my wife and queen I am " I said . "You should get changed its really late and I plan on spending the whole day in bed till they call us telling us our beach house is ready " she said and she walked over to me and sat down on the coffee table .

She put her small fingers on my shirt and began to undo my tie "now you can go sight seeing and all but I just want to do is relax , it's been an eventful and stressful day " she said and moved the tie off my neck . "And I don't care about anything else but sleeping tonight " Katherine added and took off my crown . "And I can sleep with or without you " she says while grabbing my legs and taking my shoes off . "Because if your not in bed that means I can have the whole bed to myself " she said while taking my jacket off me . "Now I've done all the hard parts are you going to be or not ? " "I am , just let me change " I said . She smiled and took my crown to where her crown was , and placed it in its box .

I quickly changed and crawled into bed . Katherine was there he robe off . I watched as Katherine move a tad bit towards me . I looked down on her . Her cheeks had a soft rosy tint and her nose and cheekbones had been sprinkled with soft barely noticeable freckles. "Stop staring at me Jack " she said . "What ? I'm not staring at you " "then why are you breathing on my face " "um . Sorry ?" "Yeah yeah " Katherine said turning so that she had her back to me . I put my hand on her waist again and she drifted to sleep .
