Creepy man

I searched the whole parking lot trying to find it but I couldn't. I started to walk down the street, the police station was only a block from the store. I couldn't believe that I lost his car, what was he going to think of me. Andy is so nice and I just lost his car to buy cat stuff.
I finally got to the police station and looked inside the gross, dim building. It seemed as if no one had been in there for years. I walked in and some creepy guy stares at me as I walked up to the counter. He had black wide open eyes and greasy long brown hair. He had a huge grin on his face as I walked by. He kept mumbling something under his breath,"her car's gone, her car's gone."
I turned and screamed what do you know about my car. He answered,"I don't know they only told me about it being gone nothing els."
"Who told you this," I screeched horrified.
"The people in my head," he responded rocking back and forth.
I shivered and walked over to the desk and asked why he was here.
"He's in for breaking out of a mental facility and terrorizing people on the street," he replied.
"Did he tell you anything about a car?"
"No what happened?"
"I lost my car and he said something about the voices in his head, and, how they were telling him about it."
"It's okay I'm just going to get you to fill out a form for your car and then you can leave; I'm sure he didn't know what he was talking about." I said okay and filled in the sheet. After that I was leaving when the creepy guy grabbed my arm...
