Quick little rant bc I just saw some ugly comments on a book and I just ,,, Hate
I swear if I see one more person calling Calum Asian, or Ching Chong, or white washing him, or just ,,,,,, Breathing in general
Parts of this fandom are so ugly bc ??? Calum isn't Asian and he's expressed his ethnicity ((Māori)) and he's repeatedly said that it bothers him when people make Asian jokes, so why ??? Why does some of this fandom still do it ???
I literally see it everywhere and I can't wait until he decides to @ someone again and sass them about because he should. It's super disrespectful and I'm glad that he's called people out on it before. He should be doing it more often.
And don't even get me started on the white washing oh my goodness

Also !! don't draw him with white features !!!! ((Which not only includes skin but facial features as well, like making his nose look smaller than it is))
I hate it hate it hate it when people do that because not only has he said that it makes him upset !ON MANY OCCASIONS! but you're erasing his culture and that's not okay !!
I'm so glad he's been getting sassy about it and calling people out when he sees it because he should. So many fans are so disrespectful towards him and it's so gross.
If you love him so much respect who he is and what he has *nicely* asked you not to do. It's not that hard.
