here's another thing on equal marriage from a straight(maybe?) white cisgender Christian girl and how other Christians have no room to hate or judge the equal marriage ruling.
Things that are not valid excuses for pissing your pants about something you have no control over anymore:
1. It's a sin !!!1!!!!! the Bible says no man should lay with another man?!!?1?!
Do you realize how stupid you sound? You literally sin every single day so you have no room to bash on someone else for doing what they feel is right to them.

And also, did you know that the Bible says not to pierce or mark your body? 95% of the people at my church have a piercing or a tattoo. Sinners.
Um and!!!!! The Bible also says that there should be no use of foul language. I know plenty of Christian people who swear on a daily basis ((including myself um moving on)). Sinners!!!!
Pls come back when you have a valid argument because you're sinning just as much as the people who chose to be with the same sex, or are not cisgender, or anything else that you decide to hate on because it's not up to the Bible's standards. Newsflash, you're not so perfect either.

Literally it doesn't even affect you so shut up. Are you the one who's getting married to someone of the same sex, or someone who's lgbtqi+, etc? No, so sit down because it has nothing to do with you anyways. let them be happy because God would want them to be happy, so if you want to be more like God then act like how he would act.
And actually, the only difference here is that the couples who can now get married, now have their relationship legalized. There's still the same amount of non-straight/cis couples in America, it's just that now they can get married. If they couldn't get married, they would still be together w/o marriage anyways so really you already lost if that's your argument.

God said to love one another, and to love your enemies more than you love yourself. If you are really a Christian and you really love God, then you would live up to what he said and love people even if they're not what you expect them to be. Just because they're not exactly like you doesn't mean that they don't deserve as many rights or as much support as you do. They're still human beings so please treat them like they are.
Acting like you're superior to someone else because of your cool "normal" gender/sexuality doesn't make you that. It makes you look like a fucking bigot, because that's what you are.
