Hey (Y/N),

That's great to hear! Well, obviously not the whole "Callaghan killing his dad" part, or whatever you guys saw in the floppy disk, but at least you and Hiro are still alive. At least for that I can be assured.

Oh, I actually convinced Professor Vector to do the judging in Hiro's place at the SFIT showcase this year! Don't worry, I've arranged with Professor Vector for you to send in a report on your invention and what it does, stuff like that. I'm sure you'll get in! I'll pass it to the other judges that evening too, and then we'll debate. I'm rooting for you, (Y/N)! :) And we'll all be heading to New Pyongyang after to help you out. You'll need us, (Y/N).

Yeah, I passed the message to Melanie and Sean. They said not to worry.

Aunt Cass says hi, by the way. She misses you bunches.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Signed,

Tadashi Hamada

You smiled as you read Tadashi's email early the next morning on the floor, against the wall, feeling quite refreshed from your good night's sleep the night before after fooling around with Nikki and Hiro. Poor Hiro was forced to play tea-time with Nikki, which you found adorable--especially since Nikki was only 2 years old and hadn't fully developed her speech. Eventually you joined in, and seeing the happy smile on Nikki's face made you feel significantly happier since that day you got the note.

The door suddenly opened to reveal Abigail, still in her pyjamas and her messy brown hair poking every which way, making you jump and look up from your laptop screen.

"Hey," you automatically said, waving at her.

"Hey (Y/N)," Abigail greeted you tiredly. "Surprised to see you're up before your boyfriend."

"Hmm?"

You turned around to see Hiro on the bed, his mouth slightly open as he snored in such a cute manner you had to giggle. His hair was just as messy as it always has been in your living memory, and his face was illuminated by the sunlight streaming through the window now.

"Probably sleeping in," you said, shrugging lightly. "I mean, you can't blame him! He's about to graduate college, and I from high school, and...wow. We're all so busy nowadays."

"Did Tadashi send any word back?" Abigail asked.

You nodded. "Yeah. He's been pretty brief in his email, but he said as long as we're safe he's not too worried."

Abigail grinned and patted down her bed hair. "That's good to hear."

Soon, you heard a groan and a yawn, and next moment Hiro was already up and stretching. While he was at it, you noticed the hem of his shirt rise up just a bit to reveal his torso, which made you blush, unable to tear your gaze away from it.

"Ahhhh," you heard Hiro sigh as he slumped momentarily, his eyes half-open as they focused on you and Abigail. "Hello (Y/N)," he greeted you sleepily, rolling out of the bed now to join you and Abigail.

"Why good morning to you too, Hiro," you smiled cheekily, patting the space beside you as Hiro sat down beside you, linking his hand with yours.

"Anything from Tadashi?" Hiro asked you now.

You nodded, showing him Tadashi's message on your laptop.

"Ahh," Hiro nodded in thought. "Sounds like the older brother is still on the lookout for us, huh."

"He always will be," you agreed, laughing at the times Tadashi kept teasing the both of you when you both got together as a couple. Hiro joined you in laughter now, recalling the times Tadashi and the gang would gush at the both of you whenever you did something cute together--ranging from something as simple as holding hands to having an all-out debate on robotics. A friendly one, shall we say. Knowing that he cares made you both smile.
