Well yesterday was embarrassing. I can't believe I boasted about skittles in front of the school! I mean, who does that? Well, apart from me?

Today's Saturday and Lucy and I are going shopping for the Winter Dance.

Yay!

Well, it would have been fun if I hadn't accidentally gotten drunk, lied to Dylan and kissed him.

I dived onto my bed, pressing my face against the mattress.

"Aren't you supposed to be going shopping today Sisi?" My sister asked, popping her head into my room.

"Yeah, why?" I huffed, blowing a strand of hair from my face.

I watched the strand come floating back down onto my face again.

"Aren't you shopping for dresses for the Winter Dance?" Amber asked, shifting her full body into my room.

"Yeah, why?" I repeated, lifting my hand to brush the hair off of my face.

"You don't seem very excited about it, and can you not say 'Yeah, why?' again and again and again!" Amber groaned, placing her hands on her hips.

"Twice. I said it twice." I mumbled, watching her face scrunch in confusion.

"You said again three times whilst I only said 'yeah, why?' two times so really you should have just said 'again and again' instead of 'again and again and again." I explained, lifting my face from the mattress.

Her face twisted in a weird manner before she just shrugged sending me a weird look.

"First, I have no idea what shit just came out your mouth so I'm just gonna ignore it. Second, why aren't you excited? It's shopping!" She squealed, clapping her hands excitedly.

"And it's the Winter Dance with Dylan!" I fake cheered, turning onto my back.

"And it's shopping!" Amber repeated, as if I hadn't heard it.

"And it's the Winter Dance!" I repeated "with Dylan" I added, making sure she heard me.

She's going to realise what I just said in..

"And it's sh-" she was about to say but stopped abruptly, scrunching her eyebrows together.

"Wait, you're going with Dylan?!" She exclaimed, all signs of confusion leaving her face.

What did I tell you? She's a bit slow like that. You'll get used to it.

"Yup, exactly what I've been repeating these past few minutes." I stated, raising my eyebrows as a blush tinted her cheeks.
