"They did what?! Oh, you wait till I get my hands on them. I will actually hurt them. Severely!" I yelled, slamming my palms against the table.
"I know, I was as shocked as you were, but there's no need for drastic action." Kyle said soothingly, grabbing onto my hand.
I flinched slightly at his touch.
Yes, I found out that Kyle kissing Minnie was a set-up, but Kyle kissing her back wasn't planned. It proved that he still had feelings towards her.
Kyle seemed to notice this and sighed. Slowly retreating his hand back to himself.
"The kiss didn't mean anything." Kyle suddenly murmured, avoiding eye contact with me.
"Bullshit." I blurted, standing up in annoyance.
Okay, that was supposed to be said in my head, but I couldn't help but feel this slight ting of pain in the pit of my stomach, causing anger to build up.
If there's one thing I hate, it's people that lie. I know, I've lied a hella lot since my makeover and if I met myself now, I'd probably hate myself.
But now it's time to change, the truth is slowly appearing brightly. Truth and loyalty are two very important things and I'm willing to turn a new leaf and start again. I'll forget my lies, the jealousy and all that shit, as that will remove some of my suffering.
But first, I need to get to the bottom of this.
Jheez, I'm not sure this makeover was such a good idea anymore.
"How is it bullshit?" Kyle asked, raising his voice slightly.
"It takes two to kiss, Kyle. I'm not stupid, I know when I'm not wanted around." I snapped, rising up from the wooden chair I was seated in.
"How can you say that, when you have no idea what happened?" Kyle snapped, also rising up from his seat.
"Oh my god, Kyle! I saw you kiss her with my own eyes! I'm not that thick to believe a single word that comes out of your mouth!" I yelled angrily, the scene replaying in my head.
"Sieara, that's the problem with you! All you do is assume things. You never actually let the other person explain. You're so...so...stubborn!"
"I'm stubborn?! Your stubborn and selfish, can't you just be happy with what you've got. Sure, I've changed since the makeover, badly, but at least I'm admitting it! You. You just blame everything on other people." I snapped, not interested in the attention we were receiving from the poor customers in Starbucks.
"Do you even know what happened? Were you there? Did you hear what happened from my point of view?" He angrily said, questions continuously rolling out of his miuth.
"No but-"
"Then who are you to say what is true or not?!" Kyle said through clenched teeth, his fists in balls at his sides.
"But Kyle, you're just gonna persuade me, brainwash me to f-"
"Your name came out of my mouth when we kissed." Kyle interrupted through clenched teeth, his eyes closed as if anticipating my reaction.
