Green stretched his arms as they stopped on the dock, glancing back at the ship as other passengers unloaded. They had made it to Sinnoh, now all they needed to do was go by Professor Rowan’s lab before going off to find Bill.

Turning, Green glanced at Red who had exited the ship behind him and sweatdropped. Red was once again being grabbed at by fans that had just came off the boat. He had avoided this while they had traveled to Sinnoh seeing as he never left the room, but now the girls were able to see him and they were excited as ever, seeing as it had got around that the Kanto Champion was on the ship as well.

Sighing, Green walked over to the mob of fangirls and a stoic Red. Green was beginning to suspect that Red just shut down whenever he was being cooed over by his adoring ‘fans’.

Red let out an inaudible sigh of relief as he saw Green making his way over, sending a pout towards the Gym leader. He held back a smirk at the blush he got in return, instead focusing on the fact that the brunet had dragged him away from the clingy girls and was now making his way quickly through the crowded streets of Sunyshore City.

“We’ll hafta traipse across the entire fucking region to get to Rowan’s lab.” Green muttered in annoyance, pulling out a map from his pocket that he had grabbed from the boat.

Red glanced over the boys shoulder, nodding. They’d have to go across Mount Coronet to the East side of the region to a place called Sandgem Town.

“Let’s fly, then.” He stated, plucking a pokéball off his belt. Green glanced at him before nodding and returning his Umbreon to his pokéball before letting his Charizard out. Red released his Aerodactyl – dubbed Aero due to his amazing nicknaming qualities – and glanced at the people around them as they gapped, raising an eyebrow.

“Kanto Pokémon.” Green reminded him, making the black-haired boy nod before climbing onto his Pokémon’s back, Green doing the same. Within minutes they had already left Sunyshore City behind, wind whipping through their hair and causing Red to put his hat into his backpack where Pika was currently nestled.

This part of the journey would be easy, seeing as they had a set destination. On the second part, when they had to find Bill, would be difficult seeing as the man traveled around the region constantly and there was no telling where him and his ‘amazing discovery’ was.

“Hey, I think a major storm’s up ahead.” Green called, pointing forward with his emerald eyes narrowed against the wind. Red followed his finger, eyes narrowing at the massive cloud mass. Signaling over to Green, they both quickly made their way down to the base of Mount Coronet on the West side.

Hopping off their Pokémon, the two quickly walked to each other, eyes on the ominous looking rainclouds. “We’ll camp for tonight and then head to Rowan’s whenever it lets up, alright?”

Red nodded at Green’s question and thanked Aero before returning him to his pokéball. Pulling off his backpack, he let Pika out, snatching his hat out of the bag and returning it to his head. Glancing over at Green, he rose an eyebrow at the brunet’s actions.

The boy was currently searching through his bag, things splayed all over the grass as he tried to find what he was searching for. Rolling his eyes, Red looked up at the mountain, eyes searching for the tell-tale signs of a cave.

Nodding his head, he started walking towards the slight-hidden entrance, Pika riding on his shoulder. Green’s Charizard watched them, sweatdropping at him oblivious trainer as he mumbled about a tent.

Poking the boy’s shoulder, the fire-type pointed to the retreated males, making the emerald-eyed boy blanch before he quickly started to pack up once again. Slinging the bag onto his shoulder, Green dashed after Red, pausing only a second so he could return his exasperated Charizard.
