Chapter 5

Steven:

I made it to my parents and hour later.

I look out the windshield as I pull-up to the huge gate with a big swirly 'R' in the center.

I take a deep breath and steady myself as the large gate opens and I drive through and park after driving down the long path to the house.

I take a moment to check my appearance and fix my tie and open the door before getting out.

I make my way around the car just as Melissa opens the door with a wide grin on her face with her arms open to greet me.

I step in to her arms giving her a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Steven honey it's been to long your as skinny as a bean pole you need to eat I made you all your favorites they are set up in the dinning room your mother is there waiting on you. You just go on now and I don't want to hear another word till you eat all of it. Do I make myself clear?" She says as she pushes me along to the dinning room before giving me one last shove.

I smirk as I see all the food laid out on the table and my mother at one end making herself a plate.

I shake my head and grab a plate leave it to Melissa to try and fatten me up.

I make my plate and sit next to my mother and dig into the delicious food moaning as I take a bite.

"Hey honey I have missed you it's been to long since you last visited. You know you will have to forgive him sometime and get on with your life. You know I want grand babies before I'm to old to enjoy them. I only say this because I love you and miss you. You never visit me it's always just a phone call or FaceTime." She stops eating to start.

I stop eating at the mention of grand children suddenly very nauseated and no longer wanting to eat.

I look over at her and smile and lean over and just grab her into a hug.

She gasps and gives me a side hug before returning back to eating.

"Mom that's actually why I'm here you see I have someone who is extremely important to me and something has happened. I was hoping you could help me." I tell her everything that has happened so far leaving out the part that Angel is pregnant.

She stops eating when I tell her that my dad was the one that kidnapped the girls and she gets up and screams for him to come down the stairs.

I just sit still not really knowing what to do never really seeing her scream before.

My father wonders into the room and stops when he sees me siting at the table.

He gives me a death glare as I throw him one back.

I am startled out of my staring match by the sound of a plate being broke.

I turn and my mother had grabbed a plate and threw it at my father who managed to move just as another one came flying at his head.

"Now tell me right now why our son is here telling me you are kidnapping people especially a nice lady that happens to be his gf and has nothing to do with anything. Kidnapping people doesn't get you what you want so you either release those poor girls or I will find them and it will be a cold day in hell for you." She says throwing more plates at him as he narrowly misses them.

She continues to throw them until Melissa comes in to see what all the screaming and loud noise is.

She runs over to where my mother had gotten into her chair for a better view for throwing and grabbed the last few plates before my mother could throw them.

She looks around and gets out down out her chair straightening her skirt and shirt and motions for me to follow her to the living room.

We walk over broken glass as it crunches under our shoes leaving Melissa barking orders to the cleaning people.

We make it to the living room and sit on the couch as my mother turns to me with a smile on her face "We will find these girls don't you worry dear and your father will not get that company I will make sure of it." She pats me on the leg.
