When will this be over I thought. "Helena" my mother yelled. The people turned their heads. I held onto her hands and looked down. My mother was half deaf. She could talk but talks very loudly ever since she could not hear herself. An accident occurred during her teenage years and she grew up with it. I flatted out my dress and looked down.
" Rise and offer your sacrifices " he said.
The temple was new. The white marble shined brightly like new pearl's. The small golden statue of Hera stood boldly in front of us holding a silver wreath and a bronze cup. I stared up and look at the perfect statue.
