" Really Neah? She is in Egypt! I'll go to her immediately" I said walking to my room.

" Lady Helena, your mother send notice that she is in Egypt but unfortunately did not say where. Do not worry, I've already sent scouts to look for her. I think you should focus on this " she said looking at Antonius " right now".

Next Day

I sat down in my room thinking about all the things I should do. I need to get the books that the Pharaoh requested, buy new covers some of the old books, buy a dress for the wedding, and actually think about my own. Antonius walked in as I was about to walk out. He walked into my room and laid on my bed. I laughed and joined him.

" So what will we do today?" he asked.

" I have to do some things to prepare for the wedding and for the library" I said getting up and packing my stuff.

" Well I was thinking we spend the next three days at my place in the countryside".

" Can we do that with the wedding so close?" I asked. I really didn't want to be on the hate list of Bideon though something tells me I'm already on it.

" I'm sure we can. Just tell someone to send over your things and we will leave right now".

" Don't worry Lady Helena. I'll have everything sent over to you before nightfall" said Neah grinning.

" See Helena. Lets just go" he begged.

I laughed and sat beside him. " Fine" I said pushing him off the bed.

We went into the carriage and we were on our way. I was very excited to see a different view instead of the just seeing the enormous castle. Antonius rode a horse and I was left by myself to enjoy the view. Antonius actually seems to be nice. I guess after that night of talking about the whole engagement we forgot that we were just friends from the start. I guess the news of my mother in Egypt excited me. If she posted that letter there, then it must mean that she knows where I am, and hopefully Alastor is with her. After awhile we reached a tall white gate. alastor's house was made completely made out of marble and reminded and was built as a mansion. I stared up at the huge balcony just like the one the queen has.

" How do you like the house?" asked Antonius.

" House? This a palace!" I said. He laughed and brought me inside. The floor was polished white and the small statues on the wall would pour out water. I looked out the courtyard to find green shrubbery lining the yard which was grass. Grass! I just couldn't believe that of all things, the thing I'm thinking about is grass.

" How did you get the grass here?" I asked. Antonius walked out in the courtyard.

" A few years back I brought the grass with the soil. The dry, sandiness of Egypt made me really miss the rich grass back in Greece" he said sheepishly.

" Me too" I said as I sat down on cool grass. The tall bushes blocked the harsh sun's rays that were falling between the mountains of sand. He laid beside me and he told me stories about what he did in Greece. I listened intently and laughed a lot. His blue eyes seem to lit up when he talks about Greece and I guess it also helps that I get to reply speaking our native tongue. He took me back inside for dinner that had the usual figs, fish, and vegetables, but something about the house seem to make it so exotic. The wine was brought out and we talked more.

" What did you do in Atlantis?" asked Antonius. I sat on the floor and sipped on my wine.

" My mother and I would go to the temple, help the poor, and attend plays. Unlike Sparta, woman had limited things to do when you have money. My father left us so we didn't throw much parties, and me and my mother weren't keen in making friends".
