I looked at the sea. Beauty. Peace. I wanted to leave so badly. The blue water washed over to the boats making them bounce. Something was coming. A blunt object washed up to my feet as the waves drew back. I reached down for it and cupped it between my hands. A brooch. It immediately reminded me of the brooch i gave to my mother. I rubbed off the sand and brought it up to the sun's rays. The inscriptions were to damaged. It must have been in the sea for a long time. The brooch was beautiful. It was lined with white marble and a letter, a character was inscribed in the middle.

" My Lady, the Pharaoh requests that you come with him to his annual trip to Memphis. Will you accept?" Neah asked.

I nodded. This was an opportunity of a lifetime. The chances of me going on another trip would not happen for another 10 years.

" I'll be going in a few minutes " I said.

I walked away from the sea and headed back to the palace. I was excited. I haven't been on a trip for a long time, and I would like to have the freedom of going on one more trip before becoming a prisoner within a castle. I sat down in the temple and looked at the heavily adorned walls. From the far east walls, the story of Horus, taking the throne in the skies. Several falcons circled him as he fought against Set. I touched the head of Horus and sat beneath the wall. Beneath the walls. Maat held them down but ignored the fight. Maat. The only way to keep balance, was to have good and evil. Without evil, good would not exist, and without good, evil would never had existed. I wondered what role I play in the fight between good vs evil. I took the scented candles and placed it in a golden dish underneath the walls.

" The carriage is ready " a man said.

I ignored him and mumbled my prayer. It was the same prayer. Keep my mother and Klaus safe and lead me to my destiny. A destiny I am afraid of. I walked into the carriage and held on to my golden bracelet. Antonius had given it to me after an excavation took place in one of the old villages in the dessert. Golden Scarab beetles was sculpted to look like it was running around my hand. The bracelet reached my elbow and was very uncomfortable, but its significance was very important. It was a sign from the Gods Neah told me. I personally thought it was disgusting having beetles that roll around in dung run around my hand. I walked out of the temple and had one last look at it. The torches illuminated the walls making them glow with their bright colors.

" My Lady " urged the man.

I nodded and walked out of the musty room.

" We have everything ready in Memphis " Neah said.

" Thank you. Do you know if the Lady Bideon will be coming?" I asked.

She shook her head and hopped off the carriage and walked beside it. As I walked between the great pillars of Seti I, I saw that he had no second thoughts about making Bideon the queen. I know for sure that Bideon is a lady who wants to be more than a queen. She is obviously waiting for the perfect time to become co - regent, and one day, Pharaoh. The only way she could even be remembered in the Royal court is if she bears a child. More importantly a son. A son, Seti needs to provide stability. I looked turned my attention to a statue of Seti and a woman. The woman had a plump face and a smile. A face that does not look to me like the face of Bideon.

" That face? Who's is it?" I asked Neah.

Neah looked at the tall pillar and squinted in the direction of the sun.

" She looks like one of the Pharaoh's minor wives. I think her name is Tuya, she is very beautiful in person. Its strange that she of all people would be the statue placed beside Pharaoh considering ... "

" Considering he already has a queen " I finished.

Seti held the scepter and the flail and the lady held a fan. After many nights of sleeping the dessert land, we reached a sea of grass.
