Simons pov
We just got done with our thing and now I am getting dressed in front of Mr. Zerker "so what are we now Simon" he asked me
"I don't know but I do know that I want something." I said rubbing my hand on his abs "you do know that it's illegal right" he said I nodded "I'm 18 and school gets out in two months" I said
"I know, love I do" he said "be my boyfriend?" He then added, I nodded "ok but we need to keep this to ourselves no one else knows about this not even your friends got it?" He asked I nodded not able to take my hand off his chest. "Ok but that just means I'll be late a lot more than if this is what you do for detention" I said he laughed
A month later
We were so dumb. We just got caught by the principle I stayed after class he kissed me and the principal caught us. Now he is in jail. I have to have proof that we were dating we wasn't just having sex. I'm having to go to court. That's where I am now.
