Jerome's pov
I decided to go surprise Landon for Valentine's Day, I'm going to fly out tonight.
Guess who's sick the day before the most romantic day of the year. 😷

I started to pack will waiting for a reply
Coughing, puking, constant headaches, fever. You know the norm
I'm so sorry baby, I hope you feel better.
There's nothing normal about puking by the way

Preston is buying me a whole lot of tomato soups, because whenever I eat I puke.
I wish I could come see you but I can't.

I smiled and said a goodbye and put my phone down and finish packing before going to bed
I wake up two hours later to get ready for my flight I leave a note for tewtiy and Alex and head to the airport.
Once I land in Texas two hours later I text Preston asking where he is. I heard my name being called behind me and i turned around. "Hey Jerome," he said I hugged him "hey cactus," I said he smiled
We wait for Paige to come out since she was coming out as well for Preston.
When we get to Prestons office Preston walks into his room first. He then walks right back out "he's sleeping," he whispered I nodded and walked in and laid down on the bed and wrapped my arms around him, and went to sleep.
I woke up to someone pushing me off the bed. "Oh! Shit Jerome I'm so sorry! You scared me!" Landon said when he realized who I was. I smiled "surprise!" I said I got up and walked up to him. "I was going to surprise you by taking you to dinner and then a park, but then when you texted I told Preston he can have the reservation, my job this week is to make you feel better," I said. He smiled
