Drew: Meet me in the basement once you get here. Can't wait to see you.

I read the text once I arrived at Drew's house. The house was full of intoxicated teenagers, dancing, smoking, and drinking. This wasn't my scene. Not at all.

Lydia on the other hand practically got drunk thirty minutes upon getting here. And like the friend I was, I stayed by her side every second. Well, I tried to at least.

"C'mon Jordannn take a sip! Let looooose." Lydia slurs as she leans on my shoulder.

"I'm not that into alcohol." I tell her.

"Boringggggg." She giggles to herself.

A boy about my age sitting close to us, sticks his hand out offering us a smoke.

"No thanks." I say in disgust.

Lydia eyes me, groaning. "Let me guess. You don't do that either."

I shake my head.

"Whatever, more for me then!" She shouts as she grabs the cigarette from the boy. Usually I would stop her but at this point, I really don't care anymore.

All I could really think about was Nick and Drew. Both of them want to see me tonight and I feel like both of them have something to say to me. The question was who did I want to see first?

I opened my phone and carefully read both of the texts. Nick did text me first, so does that mean I should see him first? I know needed to talk to him. I'd eventually have to face him and discuss about this past week. However I did really need to talk to Drew as well. I needed assurance from him. If I don't get that tonight, I probably never will.

"I need to take a piss. Like right now." Lydia says to me.

"I think theres a bathroom upstairs."

Lydia grabs her hand and drags me across the house like an excited child. Bodies of people fill up every corner of the room until we reach the stairs. I follow Lydia as she enters the bathroom. I decide to sit against the wall outside while I wait.

As I wait, I begin to hear murmurs of people slowly coming up the steps.

"Did you see that girl Drew kissed at the end of the game?" A voice whispers low.

"Yeah everybody did. Who is she?" A female voice asks.

"Don't know. Apparently its that girl Nick Robinson always hangs out with."

"So wait- who's with who? Is she with Nick or Drew?"

"No clue. Who knows, she might be hooking up with the both of them."

The voices grow louder, closer. I immediately run into the room next to the bathroom before I can seen. Tears fall from my eyes as I shut the door.

Did everybody think of me this way?

I hate not knowing where I stand with people.

I lean my head against the door as I let the tears fall. I feel embarrassed, humiliated, and confused. People had no clue who I was back then, but they definitely do now. And I'm not sure if I'm happy about it.
