Thanks for anyone who is reading, and please tell me what you think.

Nate’s lying next to me and we are watching some bad sitcom which wasn’t funny in any shape or form. Nate’s resting his arm on my back as we lay staring at the screen.

“I think we should get up,” Nate mummers into my ear, and I feel a smile upon my face. “Scarlett.”

“I know, I know.” I roll off the bed, and Nathan smirks at me, and I walk to the door before slipping out and wondering down the stairs and into the kitchen. Jace is trying to make a cup of coffee and failing. I walk over and take the kettle from him and pour him a glass. He mutters thanks just as Kyle walks into the kitchen. I pour him a cup and place it on the table. I then have to pour one more when Nate walks into the room. I take the seat next to Kyle and he looks at me and says.

“I just got off the phone with your parents.” I look at him a little confused. “The cops called them and your parents will be home Friday. Cops will be here in an hour to talk to you.” He mutters this quietly and I doubt that Jace has heard a single word of what he said too busy talking to Nathan.

“For real?” He nods his head and I sulk a little.

“Look do you want to change?” I notice his eyes trace my body and I hit him around the head making Jace and Nathan look at us. Kyle may have stopped with the perverted comments but he was still acting like it a simple look from him can be seen as him wanting to rip my clothes off with his eyes. I know guys only like me because I am willing to show off so much skin, because  I can be both pretty and one of the guys because I am not stupid and an air head but honestly I don’t like the attention.

“What did Kyle do?” Jace asks.

“He is being a pervert like normal.”

“Go to the first floor and open the third door, it is a cupboard and if you want a shower take the room next to it. It’s my room and I’ll make sure no one goes in.” Kyle says, and disappear out of the room and back up the stairs. I open the cupboard and my hands go through the clothes. I pull out a pair of jeans a low cut top before walking into Kyle’s room. There is a huge amount of pictures lining the walls and surfaces. A pretty blonde girl that Kyle has is arming around catches my eyes. I know I recognized her, but I couldn’t place her. Kyle looks like he is in love with her and I just found it strange that he seems to act like a jerk the whole time. I walk into the bathroom and once locating a towel I begin to pull off my clothes. I step into the shower, the water cold to begin with, hitting against my skin with a huge amount of force. I wash soap across my body, getting my hair wet.

I step out pulling on the jeans and top and pull my hair into the band which rests on my arm.  I fold up my dress lying on the floor before walking back to the hall and throwing my dress in my bag. I walk into the kitchen and sit back down.

“Who’s the girl in the pictures, I recognize her.”

“Emily Daniels. She uses to live here. I moved two years ago to here, then Jace, Jordan and my dad followed during the summer.” I look at him and I notice that a tear has appears by his eye. My mind goes through the memories within my mind and I stare ahead before I know who she is.
