Chapter Seven: n
Song: Basket Case by Green Day

"Don't cry love, you know I hate it when your sad."

"She's gone Ryder, I have no one else. My dad's gone my brothers a drunk. She was all I had!" I sobbed into his shirt

The women who gave birth to me, thought me how to walk in heels, and how to cook the best meals was gone. The women who showed me so much tender love was gone. My only family.

"It's going to be okay Alice, I'll give you all the love pull ever need and I'll never leave you," he coed.

In that moment the amount of care and tenderness shown in his eyes was enough to calm me down.

I'll never leave you he said.

💔

I'd say it's been about a month since Kyle and I started dating and I'm getting bored.

For some reason Ryder is not showing any reaction to his friend dating his ex and it's frustrating me.

Pulling my thoughts back in Kyle snuggled into me,"Are you okay Alice, the past week you've been acting...detached."

I let out a huff and didn't bother to answer knowing I had nothing nice to say.

Pulling his arm out from under me he looked at me with a serious face,"I'm serious Alison, what's going on."

Standing up off of the couch I gave him a bored look,"Fine since you want to know so bad I'm bored. I'm tired of you love and we're done."

Watching the emotions on his face turn have me a rush. I wonder if this is how you felt when you broke my heart.

Without bothering to hear what else Kyle had to say I walked out. Feeling another piece of my soul betray me and stay with him. I felt emptier and the pain was nagging.

I needed to find someone else to give me the love I craved.
