All Happy Families are Alike

ONCE AGAIN IN the witch house on guarding the coffins duty, Raven sat leaning against the wall with her legs crossed while Kol paced in the room. With a heavy and annoyed sigh, Raven closed the copy of Macbeth in her lap and glared up at Kol through the room. "What is it?"

Kol stopped in the movement and turned to her. "What?" He echoed and Raven raised an eyebrow. "Why are you running around like this? It sets me off and I can't afford that right now because I don't wanna fucking fail my classes!"

He stared at her for another moment. "Why?" He then once again echoed her with disbelief. "Are you seriously asking that? Well, lucky you if it doesn't set you off that you owe Klaus a favor!"

"Oh my god," Raven muttered and rolled her eyes. "That's what's keeping you up at night? That I'm involved with Klaus?"

"Yes, it does keep me up that my only current ally against Klaus is bound to his every will whenever he wishes to do so!" Kol shot back with a duh tone and Raven opened her book once more, a waving off shrug as a reply. "He's not gonna waste it unless it's something grander."

"Like killing me," Kol continued and Raven held up her book, ending the conversation with that. The vampire didn't seem too pleased with her disinterest and was about to reply as he suddenly looked up in alarm.

"Someone's coming. Two girls, human." He then informed her and Raven furrowed her eyebrows irritated. "What the hell?" Raven muttered to herself and shot Kol a look. "Get back in your coffin." She then said, waving towards it.

Kol growled at her. "Do you think you can command me like some lapdog?" He hissed and Raven narrowed her eyes at him. "I think I can, yes, since there are exactly three other people who know about this and only one of them, me, is human, so get your ass back into the coffin because this means trouble."

Not to mention she'd made an educated guess who that second human girl might be.

Kol stared at her for another moment before he vanished into his coffin, as footsteps walking down the staircase sounded into the cellar. "I've had these dreams lately," Bonnie's voice sounded to her as they reached the floor. "It's like the witches are trying to send me a message."

"What kind of dreams?" Raven asked them and the two spun to her. Of course, Elena was the human girl accompanying Bonnie, her jaw dropped in shock. Raven opted to ignore the doppelganger.

"I'm walking through a cemetery. I pass some gravestones that all belong to Bennett witches. Then I see a coffin sitting above ground and I walk to it and then suddenly Klaus appears behind me. I turn around to face him and he says that he's figured out how to open it. And then he asks me if I can too. Then I suddenly find myself in the coffin. It's locked and I start screaming. Nothing works, not even magic. And then a woman opens the coffin." Bonnie finished sighing softly and Raven tilted her head. "You know, that's most definitely a message from the witches. In fact I'd say there's no way in hell it's not, considering all that's going on."
