We all carried on walking to class as a pack, destroying everything in our paths, especially puny, little year sevens, making me laugh like an evil freak. Yeah, people were giving me weird looks, including Lock. I just continued to be weird and ignored him, because that's how I work.

We made it to our form room within minutes and gathered in the back corner, gathering around one table and talking about nothing in particular. We were there for a good five minutes until we were interrupted by creepy Kacey, coming to throw herself at Lock, again. This time she had on a short summer dress with a low front, showing off a lot of cleavage, again. Surely this outfit was against school policy, like seriously?

"Hey, Lock, you busy tonight?" Kacey said, trying to be seductive and sitting in Lock's lap.

"Too busy avoiding whatever you're going to be doing," He said, straightening his legs, causing Kacey to fall off Lock's lap and onto the floor, with a slap. Everyone around us laughed, Kacey just got up and walked off with a huff, making everyone laugh harder. Kacey turned around and sneered at us, wiggling her hips as she walked off to her minions.

"Hey, man, great show there," A voice came from behind Lock and I, so we turned around to see Oliver's handsome face, right behind us, patting Lock on the shoulder. I stared for a little while, just taking in those amazingly dark eyes and wavy locks. I couldn't help but admire him. That was until Brook, cleared her throat next to me, bringing me back, abruptly from my daydream.

"Hey, Key, you feeling okay?" Brook asked me with a sickly sweet smile on her face, making me narrow my eyes at her.

"Yeah, I'm good," I replied, with my eyes still narrowed. I then turned back to Ollie to see him smiling at me. "Hey, Ollie, you good?"

"Yeah, I'm good; better than good actually, you will never guess what happened last night! Please guess, try and guess." He said excitedly.

"Uh, you had some really good nachos?" I asked, slightly confused.

"No, better, though I would like some nachos right now." He said, distantly. I knew how he felt.

"So, you going to tell me?"

"Oh, right. Taylor Swift followed me on Tumblr last night! I was screaming like a girl all night!" He squealed, making me laugh.

"No way! I've always wanted her to follow me! Dammit, how'd you get her to follow you?" I asked, with an upset tone. Ollie came over and hugged me with one arm.

"Don't worry, I'll private message her, see if that will help?" He said, squeezing me. I saw Amanda and Brook sharing a sneaky smirk, when he did.

"Yeah, that would be good," I fake sniffled, pretending to be really upset.

"Oh, get over it, Freak, I'm sure it doesn't matter," Lock snickered.

"Oi! This is serious, Bro, not cool." Ollie said, with a stern look on his face, causing Lock to look confused.

"You're serious?" Lock asked.

"Deadly," Ollie replied, in a deadpan voice. What a guy.

It was at that moment, that Mr Mitchell walked in wearing a white shirt, navy waistcoat with trousers and red bowtie.

"Looking very patriotic today, Sir." Danny called, making Kent and Josh chuckle, along with most others in the class, apart from the air heads, obviously.

"Yes, I'm going to see an England rugby match after school, so I thought I'd get myself in the mood by wearing red, white and blue." He responded with a grin. "So, this morning, I have been told I need to inform you all that next week, we will be going to Thorpe Park as an educational trip about something or other. In other words, it's an excuse for teachers to have a fun day off."

"Woop! Not only is it a day without lessons, it's the only day where you see weaklings like my brother scream like a girl!" I said cheerfully.

"I do not scream like a girl." Lock protested.

"Yeah, you do, remember Alton Towers last summer, when we came back here to visit Grandpa and MeMa. I have the video from Nemesis, you know."

"Pfft, no," Lock said looking around at anyone else but me.

"You're scared of them park rides, Lock? Ha! What a girl," Danny said, teasingly.

"No, I'm not, I just wasn't feeling very well before that ride, I think I ate too many chicken nuggets for lunch that day," Was his excuse, as he tried to look casual. I just laughed at that.

"Excuses, excuses," I muttered, making the others laugh.

"I'm just going to register you guys, then you can chill until the first period bell." Mr Mitchell interrupted, calling the class to attention. "Clarence,"

"Here," Said a voice from the opposite side of the room.

"Josie," Mr Mitchell called, which was then countered by another 'here'. This continued, we followed and replied with the same 'here', when our own names were called. We were then left to our own devices.

"So, you guys up for a little get together this weekend?" Kent asked. Everyone around nodded and said yes.

"What are you thinking, Kent?" Josh asked.

"I don't know, just a gathering; so, movies, games, chatting, eating, that kind of stuff."

"At your house?" Amanda asked, tugging on her blonde hair.

"Yeah, I could make us a load of nachos, buy some fizzy drinks, no alcohol, though, it's disgusting." Kent said.

"I second that!" I called, making Lock laugh.

"You should see her face when she tries some wine, now that is a picture." Lock told them, making me roll my eyes at him.

"Who's invited?" Brook asked, raising an eyebrow.

"So, all of us who were at the lunch table yesterday, Connor and how about that girl, Emily, she seemed kind of cool," Kent said, blushing. Hm.

It was at that moment that the bell rang. Everyone got up and started filing out of the room.

"Have a good day guys!" Mr M. called after us.

"Sure thing, Mr M," We call called back, scampering off to first lesson, which in my case was double English, which I shared with Amanda, Brook and Josh. We took our seats in the middle of the room, with the four of us around one table. I was next to Josh, whilst Brook and Amanda sat opposite us.

"Hey, Josh, does Kent like Emily by any chance?" I asked. Josh ran a hand through his dark hair, chuckling.

"Yeah, it's so damn obvious. He's like her since year eight when they had to sit next to each other in Science. They were the nerds of the class, you could say and he has been obsessed with her since then. He has never had the guts to ask her out or talk to her." He said.

"Aw! They would be adorable together! Two gingers! They would get married and have little ginger children, who are nerds just like them!" I cheered, making Amanda and Brook laugh. Josh frowned.

"As far as you know, you know nothing, you never heard anything from me. Nothing!" He said sternly, making me nod in agreement.

"Oh, come on Josh, everyone knows they like each other apart from them." Brook said, with a wave of her hand, dismissing Josh's last order.

"Alright, class; today, we will be reading an extract from Romeo and Juliet, then analysing the way hostility is portrayed through the language use. So, get out your plays and turn to page fifteen." Miss Odley called to our attention. We all shut up and got out our books, beginning to read it as a table. I must say, Josh does make a very good Juliet.
