Ivy Camilla Hamilton is a shy and quiet twenty four year old African American woman who has no family or friends. Working for a heartless boss and rude co-workers she decides she has had enough of it. Wanting excitement, love and friends, Ivy decides to pick somewhere on the map and move there. When she arrives she never expected what would be in here future.

Ace Bryon Summers is a confident and adventurous twenty six year old business man who owns hotels and restaurants around the world. His fiance and him are to be married the next summer after being together for two years. Wanting a place where he can be in peace he buys a house close to a ranch. The surrounding area is empty which he thinks is perfect. Not having been there since he first bought the house three weeks ago he goes there for a weekend and what he sees is a total surprise.
