JONAH
They stand still. Waiting. Waiting for something to happen. The tension in the crowd has to be enough to crush Arosi if he does happen to blast into the scene. They are all so anxious.
Jonah holds his sword at the ready. Him and Kalin both stand in front of the last two Councilmen, ready to protect them with their lives.
Then a bright light fills the Artery, along with a strong heat. Arosi is here!
For a moment everyone is stunned, all screaming and shouting, not ready for what's about to happen. And then the moment ends.
Jonah looks up at the Hearth and smiles from ear to ear. It is high and bright.
Jonah laughs and charges into Kalin's arms. "They did it!" He shouts. "They saved us!"
