HAYES POV:

The past week has been great.

Hannah and Nash have been in the most perfect relationship.

They haven't argued since the night of their date.

Anna and I have been hanging out nonstop since the football games ended.

There was just one thing I was concerned about.

Anna is leaving in less than three weeks and I need to give her the best trip ever.

She needs something to remember it by.

The problem with this is that I don't know exactly what.

I've tried asking Nash for guidance, by my big brother and all, but he couldn't help me at all.

I guess what I'm trying not to say is that I don't want her trip to be just sitting at home, watching Netflix all day, everyday.

Yeah, I tried looking through her Pinterest.

Yes, I tried looking through her Twitter.

Nothing.

This girl can be so confusing sometimes.

But wait.

Who is the one person who knows everything about her?

Hannah!

I can ask Hannah what to do!

I ran across the hall into Nash's room.

(This is usually where she spends most of her time)

((Not in that way!!))

"Hannah I need help!!" I blurted out.

She looked up from her phone.

She and Nash were filming another video together.

"Hayes! We're filming!" Nash said.

"I'm sorry I just need her for like two seconds!" I replied.

I grabbed Hannah's hand and whisked her out of the room.

She had a completely worried look on her face and was almost scared of what I was about to say.

"Calm down! You look like your parent just died or something!"

"I'm sorry I just didn't expect that! And don't ever say anything about my parents. Ever!"

"Sorry!! I just need help with something!"

"Ok and that would be??"

"I need to know what to do for Anna that would make her remember coming on this trip forever."

"Ok hmm. Well I'll have to think about this one. Do you want something really elaborate or something simple?"

"Do you really think I could come up with something elaborate?"

I raised my eyebrow at her.

She knew I couldn't come up with something elaborate.

"Well I don't know! You probably could if you put your mind to it!" She laughed.

"I don't know Hannah! I'm so nervous! I don't want her to just leave and this whole trip be completely pointless."

I slumped down and slid to the ground against the wall.

This will never work out.

"Look dude. Just take her out for ice cream after a good dinner. Then buy her flowers. After that, take her to the top of a building and layout on blankets and watch the stars. No phones. Leave them at home or wherever you have to put them to keep you two off of them."

I perked up.

That was actually a really good idea.

I'd just have to hope that everything works out fine.

Just then, Hannah got a phone call.

She started to seem really worried.

Then she started tearing up.

The soft sniffles turned into giant sobs.

By the time she got off the phone, she was in her room crying on her pillow with Nash on the edge of the bad rubbing her back and consoling her.

I walked into her room to find out what had happened.

The news was shocking.
