Why? Chapter Six

Chapter Six

"Darell! Tina! Hi!" I exclaimed dropped Kade's hand and running over to hug them.

"Carter! What a surprise..." Tina, his mother answered through gritted teeth, I wonder what's wrong? I wondered.

"Okay, you said hey now lets. Go." Kade implied in a rush.

I looked over at him and he looked really nervous and tense.

"Umm, okay, it was good to see you guys!" I said smiling at them as we head towards his room.

When we got to his room he walked over to his bed and he layed down, I slid down by him so I could lye beside him.

He put his arm around me and pulled me in closer to him, I turned sidewsays so I could drape my arm across his chest and snuggled closer to him.

Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz.

I pulled my phone from my back pocked to see what it was.

Laura and meredith had Kiked me (the app not literally.)

"Hey Carter what's up?!"

"CAAAAARTERRRR!!!!!!" were the two messages from the. I laughed and threw my phone away.

"Who was it?" Kade asked looking down at me.

"Meredith and Laura." I answered.

Even though Laura and Meredith lived in Colorado they were still my BEST friends. I had lived in Colorado for nine years, then we moeved to California, since my parents were pilots.

They had come out a few times and met Kade and some others.

"Oh, cool." he answered.

"Yep.." I said.

Kade got up and pulled me along. I didn't question where we were going, just followed. He pulled me out to their front yard and asked me where I wanted to go.

"Lets go for a walk and see where we end up!" I stated grabbing his hand.

He intertwined our fingers, we started walking in a random direction, once we got in the trees he picked me up bridal style.

"Noooo! Kade put me down!" I screeched.

"No way baby!" He said laughing and smirking at me.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and looked him in the eyes.

His green eyes met mine and we looked into each others eyes for what felt like forever, my stomach was doing flips as he glanced down at my lips. I looked at his perfect pink lips, I leaned closer and whispered, "Please just kiss me already." He leaned in closer with still some space between our lips, his minty breath tickling my lips.

"Not yet beautiful." He whispered as he smirked and pulled away and started walking again.

I pouted and sighed.

"Will you be able to spend the night?" He asked glancing at me with his sparkling green eyes.

"Kade, you know my parents won't let me..." I started.

"Seriously?!?!?! Your parents are cool and all but its been three, almost four years we've been together, we're both still virgins! Can't they trust us?!?!?!" He yelled putting me down.

"Kade, it isn't entirely us, it's just been a rule in my family.." I said avoiding eye contact.

"I know, I know, sorry for yelling, but I just want to sleep with my angel in my arms." He said softly lifting my chin to look into my eyes. My heart beat faster when he called me his angel.

"Don't worry about it, I know I'd love to fall asleep with you too, but we have to wait babe." I said grabbing his hand.

He stopped abruptly which made me actually look and see where we were. He had taken us to his lake.

"Kade, I didn't bring a bathing suit..." I said shyly.

"You're wearing a bra and underwear right?" he asked raisng his eyebrows making me blush.

I nodded my head.

"Then swim in that!" He said simply. taking his shirt off, I let my eyes wander his body as I untied my shoes.

I slipped my shirt off, I immediately felt eyes on me, Kade's to be specific.

"Wow, you're, you're beautiful." He muttered running his eyes down my torso.

"Yeah, that's nice and all but, can you stop staring?" I asked.

His face turned to a smirk "What? You can stare but I can't? Thats not fair." He joked fake pouting.

"Whatever." I mocked slipping my shorts off.

I ran towards the lake, I spotted the dock and ran over giving Kade a daring look. He took off after me, he reached me before I could jump in, and grabbed me around my waist, I squealed girlishly as he picked me up and spun me around, I shivered as our naked torsos pressed against each other.

"Stop! Put me down!" I screeched.

"Hmm, nope!" He shouted with a devilish look in his eyes.

"Don't throw me in. Do. Not. Fucking. Do. It." I said.

"Too late!" He yelled and threw me into the water and followed shortly.

The cold water surrounded me, and I shivered and swam to the top to get some air.

As I reached the top I felt Kade's arms around me. I spun around so I could be facing him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and looked into his eyes, there was so much want in his eyes. I teased him and pulled away (swam), he started swimming after me so I turned around and started splashing him.

"Carter! Stop!" he yelled , laughing, while splashing me back.

I laughed as he kept splashing me. I was laughing so hard I hadn't realized he stopped splashing and was holding me in his arms now. I wrapped my arm around his neck again as he leaned in, his lips pressed softly against mine, he asked for entrance and I granted it, he bit my lip and stole a small moan from me, soon our lips (and tongues) were moving in perfect sync. Our lips fit so perfectly together I smiled against his lips.

He pulled away and we were both breathing hard.

We got out of the water and lay in the grass. He held my hand and intertwined our fingers rubbing my hand with his thumb.

"Carter?"

"Yeah Kade?"

"I, I love you so much."

"I love you too."

"We should head back soon.."

"Yeah, I guess.." I finished.
