"Remedy?? Hey! Get up! Come on now!"

"What?'' I said in a daze. I looked to see Ariana looking at me in panic.

"You already missed breakfast! Get up, come on! We'll be late!"

"Oh.... Sorry..... Just umm...." I stutter, "Just a moment..." I say as I properly sit up.

"You alright?" She asks concerned.

"Yeah, just fine." I try to sound as reassuring as I could but I know that she isn't convinced.

I was walking down the stairs to the common room where I saw not just my friends, but alot of other Ravenclaws as well. I approached Ariana and Joel and I saw that they were laughing.

''What?" I asked them suspiciously.

"You- you thought that you were late!" Ariana laughed.

"Ah, clever!" I exclaim as I clap my hands, "You lot think you're so clever..."

"No, you see thats where you're wrong." Joel explains, "We don't think we're clever, we know that we're clever."

"Yes, clearly," I respond. "You know, revenge is often sweet...."

That day at lunch, my owl came back with a howler. I took it and looked at it with fear. I saw who it was from, well even though I already knew.

"Are you going to open it?" Joel asked.

"Not over here. I'm gonna wait for tonight when its more private." I said.

"Smart." Ariana said.

"OH look! Shes got a howler!" A Hufflepuff boy yelled near us. Oh no...

"Open it! I'm sure we all want to know what it says, Mannings!" Alexis sneered.

"No thanks." I said.

"Do it or I'll open it for you." Draco said coming from behind her.

"You wouldn't dare." I said dangerously.

"Would I?" he said snatching it from my hand.

"FINE!" I said putting my hand out. He gave it back to me and I opened it.

"REMEDY ISABELLE MANNINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" the letter screamed at me. It was my dad's voice and I started to hear laughing behind me.

"YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS FAMILY AND ALL OF SLYTHERIN HOUSE!!!!! YOUR MOTHER AND I ARE DEEPLY CONSIDERING PULLING YOU OUT OF SCHOOL SO YOU WONT BE WITH YOUR STUPID FRIENDS ANYMORE!!!! YOU ARE TO COME AND STAY WITH US FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND UNTIL THE SCHOOL YEAR ENDS!!!

As the letter tore itself into shreds, I saw my friends looking at me in concern. I heard the Slytherins behind me laughing and I heard the Hufflepuff boy behind me say in my ear, "I'm so sorry."
