Ravenclaw's Unwanted

This Poor Girl

The next morning I woke up and looked around. Then I remebered what happend yesterday.

"Hey.... Joy?" I said sitting up and rubbing my eyes. Then I remebered that today was the day that we went to train station to Hogwarts.

"Remedy!" Joy said from her bed. "Good Morning Starshine!"

".... The morning is evil..." I said in a deadpan voice.

"Well, come on! Lets go! Go take a shower and get dressed, k?"

"Ill change, but I'm ok with the shower." I said. " I relised I need my books..."

"Oh thats not good." she said.

"Yeah.... I wonder if they'll be home right now." I said to myself.

"Who?"

"The Malfoys." I said getting out of bed. I went to my bag and pulled out my wand.

"No, I know what your thinking and no." she said looking upset.

"I need my books and some other things that if anyone found I could be suspended!"

"What do you have that could get you in trouble?!?" she said suprised.

"Well, uhh..." I started. "You know the Weasly's I was telling you about?"

"Yeah."

"The twins have goodies they like to give me for them. But it's nothing that they don't deserve." I said with a smile.

"Oh." she said. "Well, We cant take you back to their house. Its 8 and we need to be at the station by 10."

"I'll go alone. Its ok. If I'm not back by ten thirty, then go. I'll meet you at the station ok?" I said.

"No! You'll get hurt or something!" she protested.

"I'll be fine, I have a wand and I know how to use it." I said heading twoards the window.

"Why are you taking the wndow?"

"Its more fun that way!" I said climbing over the cil. I turned saluted her and jumped.

I started running down the street untill I saw the street signs. Thank go I was heading in the right direction.  I kept to going straight untill I reched my home. After running for a good thirty minutes straight I stopped to catch my breath. I looked up and started to run again for another fifteen minutes.

I finally reached my house. I looked at my watched and saw that it was five till 9.

"Wow. I though it was going to be longer..." I said to myself. I walked around to the side that my room was on. Then I started to scale the walls again. My window was closed and locked.

"Oh Hell!" I groaned. I started to hit my window as hard as I could. It wouldnt budge. I jumped down from the wall and looked around. Then I went to the front of my house and looked inside the windows. I did'nt see anyone, but it did'nt mean that they were'nt there. I took a pin from my hair and bent it to the shape of the lock and started to pick at the lock.

Then I opened the door and walked inside on my tip toes. I heard my dad talking to someone, though I didn't know who. I ran up the stairs as quietly as I could. Then I ran into my room and locked the door loudly.

"Whats going on up there?!" I heard my dad say rather loudly. Then I heard footsteps running up the stairs.

"Bollocks!" I yelled. I rushed over to the pile of school supplies and grabbed my books and bag and quills and what not. then I felt a hand on my back and suddenly I was pulled to my feet. I yelped.

"What are you doing here?" My dad whispered in my ear.

"Umf, Let me goo!" I struggled. He grabbed my arm and started to drag me down stairs.

"Look who decided to come home!" He said in a patronising voice. "My long lost daughter."

"Hello, Remedy." Lucious Malfoy said while getting up. "Why were you avoiding us so much yesterday?"

"Leave me alone!" I said trying to get my dads arm off of me. He just chuckled. I bit his hand and jumped on his foot. He let go and I started to run to the door. My books were in my bag on my arm.I kept seeing bolts of spells wizzing passed my face as I ran outside. I kept on running and running untill I reached the station.

I looked at my watch and saw that the time was ten fifty. I looked around for Joy, but I found someone else instead.

"Hi Remedy!" Nevil Longbottom said to me. Wow, he looks really good! Acctually, really good.

"Nevil!" I said as I jumped to hug him. He hugged me back. "How was your holiday?"

"Oh, you know. My Grandmother kept me in check with my friends and I really didn't leave the house much." he said.

"Oh, thats too bad!" I said. Its really nice to see a familliar face again.

"How was yours?" he asked.

"Well...." I began.

"REMEDY!!!!" Joy called out from a distance.

"Oh, I uh..."

"Yeah, Its ok, Go on. I'll see you at Hogwarts." Nevil said with a smile.

"Kay, Bye!" I said as I turned and ran away.

"OH MY GOD IVE BEEN WORRIED SICK!" Joy said when I stoped in front of her.

"Sorry, I know. Did you happen to bring Bliss and my trunk?"

"Yeah, its all here." she said.

"Oh thank you so much!" I said in relief.

"You got your books?"

"Yeah, I was successful." I said looking down at my bag. "If we want to get on that train then we need to move fast."

"What?" Joy squealed.

"Train, fast, move, now." I said.

"I cant!" she said shaking her head.

"What?"

"Joy, doenst like trains." her aunt said.

"Oh, no. Ok, Joy, you'll be ok, I'll be with you alright?"

"I cant go!"

"Its fine trust me! Now lets get to the platform okay?" I said. "If theres anything that Hogwarts cares more about its the students safety, they will not let anything happen to you, okay? Trust me on this."

"Okay..." she said looking like she might cry.

We got through the wall between nine and ten. Joy and I managed to get seats by ourselves. I closed the door and took a seat agacent to her.

When the train started moving she jumped and squeled. This is going to be a long ride....
