~ Pat-Car/Patrick's POV ~

Why is she still asleep? Its 8.30 a.m. and she's gonna be late for work. I should go wake her up. I got up from the couch, putting down my coffee on the coffee table, and went to her room. I called for Obi so she could help me wake her up...by annoying her.
As I drew near the door, I heard someone snoring. Shit, she's still sleeping. I ran towards her room and Obi ran behind me. When we entered the room, I immediately asked Obi to lick her face relentlessly.  I laughed hysterically at the sight of Obi licking her non-stop. She woke up on impulse and fell off the bed, laughing.
' Obi, freaking stop it! Patrick...you're gonna get it from me. '
' Bad idea. Its 8.40 already and you're gonna be late Ms. Allison. '
    ' Wait...WHAT?! Shit, shit, shit, I'm late. '

She ran to the bathroom at the speed of light. Once she got into the bathroom, she realized that I was still in her room and she had no towel nor clothes. I just laughed. She ran back into the room, laughing, and pushed me and Obi out of the room. Obi just looked at me. She seemed confused on why Pip just did that. I stood in front of her bedroom door.
Pip entered the bathroom and sang. I could hear her voice from afar.
' AND THEN I GO AND SPOILT IT ALL BY SAYING SOMETHING STUPID LIKE I LOVE YOUUU. '
' I LOVE YOUU, ' I sang, continuing the verse.  I continued. ' Hey, you better hurry, you're gonna be late. '
' Oh my, I forgot. Haha. Thanks Pat-Car. Go get ready too...you have work at 10. '
     ' Right. I should. '

I walked towards my room, Obi following me.
' Obi, I have to get ready. Go downstairs and play, okay? '
    Obi barked.
I took a warm shower. I sighed as the warm water hit my body. First day...gotta look look good...first impression lasts. Pip and I have the same habit; singing in the shower. I could still hear her voice. I sang along with her in the chorus.
' WE HOLD EACH OTHER. ' We sang, together.
' I hope Obi would join us. ' I added.
     Obi barked along.
' Good girl! ' Pip beamed.

Pip was like my sister...which I never had. One thing I forgot to tell her was that I have a...brother...that I lost sight of at the church we went to, a long time ago, that was attacked. His name was Christian. He was a sweet, kind and loving brother. I am only a few years older than him but he seemed maturer than me. Thats cool. I'm a better singer than Christian to be honest. Honesty is the best policy, Patrick.

I stepped out of the bathroom, leaving all my thoughts behind. I pulled out a bathrobe from one of the cabinets and put it on. I went in front of a mirror and carefully brushed through my hair, slicking it back.
' NOBODY LOVES ME LIKE YOU LOVE ME. ' I sang, while styling my hair.
' Gosh, Patrick, when are you gonna stop? '
' You sang it first! '
' Okay. My fault. '
We both laughed.

I wore a grey t-shirt and black denim jeans along with it and wore a thin white jacket. I got out of my room and went downstairs. She's still not yet done...wow. Its 9.15am and she's already late. Good job, Pip. Shit, I got ready for work too early. I sighed.

I walked towards Pip's room and when I was about to knock, the door flung open and Pip ran out at the speed of light. She ran past me and down the stairs. I followed her down the stairs and I could not catch up with her pace. She grabbed her bag while I just stared at her, shocked by how fast she could run. Before she went out the door, she hugged Obi and then shut it close. Wow, she never even said goodbye. Neither did she have breakfast with me. Thats sad.

The door hissed open, revealing Pip.

' I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye and I didn't have breakfast with you... '
' Wait, what? '
' You were saying your thoughts out loud, Pat-Car. Hahaha. '
' Well...thats stupid of me. Goodbye! '
' Bye! Don't pick me up, okay? Unless something bad happened and I really need to know it, then you can pick me up. '
' Okay, boss. '
