Hey guys.... I am not gonna apologize... I was busy with my exams... And I won't be free till March 26th...
I will try to update but don't count on me.
And this chapter is not my best.
Anyways enjoy the story...

Cole's POV (that evening)

I was searching for a hall table which was specifically not glass when I saw this girl holding two vases and comparing them. I recognized the vase on her right hand to be the one which was smashed in my house. And I thought it would be helpful if she received some suggestions.

"Hey, difficulty in choosing?"
She looked at me and smiled. "Yes. I want antique and colorful. These both are the best." She finished off with a sigh.
"I think you should think in the aspect of which will feel homely." Her expression showed me that she decided on which one but I still continued "I would go for the one on your right hand. It's not much of antique model but sure colorful and that will bring out the beauty in a house. Also I had the same in my house."
"Thanks, I decided on the same one. I hope it depicted happiness in your house." She finished off with a smile.
She is not even remotely close to it.
"My name is Catherine by the way. Moved here recently." She gave her hand out to me.
"My name is Cole Damon. Been here for long." I simply shook it.
"Thanks. Hope we meet again."
"Sure"
She left with that.

Evelyn's POV

Kate just met Cole Damon. I mean who is this person and why is he in-between everything? I assumed Silas Damon had a son but it turns out he has no children. Then who is this Cole Damon? This was my only thought all the way to the diner near by.
This is all messed up. I am left with only questions, Who is this Cole Damon and how does he look like?

We gave our orders and waited. Kate decided to break the silence and answer one of my questions.
"You know, the person who helped me pick the vase was hot. He would be about in his late 20's and he had ocean blue eyes and man, he works out." She kept on while I was trying to picture him. "He is from Manchester. In one word he was perfect. Every girl's Prince Charming." She kept on rambling.
I have to meet him.

"You got his number?" I asked her.

"No, but I wish I did."

"Yeah. If not she would have asked him on a date." Alex teased her.

"The name sounds so familiar. Cole Damon. I have definitely heard it somewhere." Harry chirped in.

I felt Luke's hand tighten around my shoulders.

"Are you okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah. I am okay." He was so not okay.

Just when I was about to ask him what bothered him, our dinner arrived.

We all were busy hogging when Max started laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" Jude asked him.

"Nowadays people have become so lonely that they don't have friends to call for their birthdays."

"What are you talking about?" I asked him.

"The guy who is three tables from here just blew the candle and cut the cake all by himself. No one should ever feel that lonely."

We all turned to look at him but he was no longer there.

"Where is he?" Kate asked Max.

"He is near the exit, white t-shirt."

You see, Max, Sophie, Kate And Jude are sitting opposite to us and they get a clear view while we gotta turn each time. And I am not turning anymore.
