Ally

We kept working on the case for the next days, from early morning to late night. We checked every file and read every document trying to find out something that would help us. While working I couldn't keep Sheila's words out of my mind he likes you. That day I was sitting in front of Blake's desk and I glanced at him every now and then. He was reading some documents and kept putting a pen on his lips every time he turned a page. Well what can I say he is indeed really handsome, he has brilliant green-blue eyes, I can't decipher his eyes' color yet but they are beautiful, I have never seen a man with such beautiful eyes, his dark blonde hair was fixed in a messy way which made him look sexier and let's not talk about his body, he's tall and pretty much well-built. I was staring like an idiot when he talked and I jolted back to reality.

"Want to ask something Bennett?" He asked not looking at me and reading the document in his hands. Shit. Busted!

"Um.. Ohh ... I... no..." I stuttered nervously, but suddenly the lightbulb in my head turned on and I came up with something about the case. "...yes...I was wondering what would happen if we find someone else to sue McFarland again."

"What are you trying to say Bennett?" He asked closing the file in his hands and looked at me raising an eyebrow.

"Yes. I mean the verdict from the judge was against Robert Finster, right?..." I said while I stood up and started pacing through the office. Yeap! Definitely my hamster was working faster because I had the brightest of the ideas. Blake nodded in agreement.

"...and McFarland made every person affected in this accident sign an agreement of not suing his company in exchange of the monetary aid each family received, except for Finster, right?"

"Yes, Finster was the only person who sued McFarland" He stood up too and kept holding that pen between his sexy lips. Ally, don't look at his lips!

"But, what about the driver?" I asked him and he looked back surprised.

"Where is the train's driver? His name isn't in the list of persons that accepted the agreement and how are we sure that every person or family affected by the accident is on that list?" I asked again.

"And what do you suggest?" He asked back frowning in confusion.

"We are looking in the wrong place. We are not going to find anything in these files. We need someone to sue McFarland again and the name of this person is not on these files. We need to find the driver. We need to know why his name is not in any document of this case." I finished and grinned triumphantly.

When I looked at him again he was staring at me in awe. He kept silent for a couple of minutes, his gaze still on me. I was starting to feel uneasy when he spoke up.

"Oh my God!" He exclaimed walking on my direction. "Bennett you're so right! We have to find that man. We have to find out why his name is out of the case." He was standing close to me and held my shoulders. Suddenly he hugged me. "Thank you." He said while crushing me in his arms and right there I got lost. I got intoxicated by his scent. Jeez! How can a man smell so freaking good? His chest was hard as a rock and his arms were so strong. I almost got melted there. My thin frame got lost in his wide chest while my face rested in his shoulder. Suddenly he let me go, the bubble popped up and I got back to reality again.

"We need to find that man right away!" He walked to his desk and dialed someone.

"Knight. Come to my office immediately!" He said on the phone.

Knight? Knight! Shit! I forgot he was working here. Why him? Why did he have to call him? In a few minutes Knight came into the office. I was sitting on the couch organizing the documents that were scattered all over the office and Blake was sitting on his desk doing the same. Jeremy looked at me but I rolled my eyes when I saw him and he just smirked.
