The elevator doors opened and I walked the short distance to the front desk where Lucy was sitting, she was on the phone and I only nodded to greet her while I walked to my office. Several days had passed since Ally and I argued in my apartment. She was ignoring my phone calls and not answering my messages. I went to her apartment on Monday night and she just sent Go away!  to my phone.

The day was going by pretty slow, I was in the middle of a conference when Ally barged into my office and threw a blue folder in my desk. I was shocked to see her there. She was wearing a simple pair of leggings and a light blue button up blouse, with a long black open sweater and flats, her hair was up in a messy ponytail, her face showed that she was pissed off and the black circles under her eyes showed that she hadn't slept well. She crossed her arms on her chest and looked at me with so much hurt in her eyes.

"Do you care to explain me this?!" She snapped at me while I took the folder in my hands and read the document.

Fuck! It was the hospital report from the night of the accident. I looked at the document and then looked back at her.

"Ally, I can explain everything." I said while I walked nearer to her.

"You lied to me! You knew this all the time, you were at the fucking hospital! You knew the doctor found that drug in my body and that I could have never taken it intentionally! Jeez! he even gave you personal details about me because he thought you were my 'boyfriend'!" She quoted with her fingers.

"Ally you ran away from the hospital. I would have told you everything but you just left." I said but that didn't help the cause because she was angrier than before.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" She yelled with her hands up in the air. "Are you really telling me that this was all my fault because I ran away?" She snapped.

"No Ally, I'm not saying that it was your fault. I'm saying that the fact that you ran away didn't help to clear everything out." I tried to explain as calm as I could.

"Do you remember your exact words when you offered me that stupid deal?" She asked "You threatened to sue me, you told me you had evidence that I was high while driving and that you would send me to jail if I didn't signed it!" She yelled again and I just let her say anything she wanted because every word was true. I lied to her.

"I know, I'm sorry I hid that from you. I didn't know how everything would turn out, I didn't know that all this would blow up in my face because at the end I would fall in love with for you and then it was too late to say the truth because I didn't want to lose you." I said  giving small steps to get closer while she walked back until she was by the desk and couldn't go anywhere.

"Stop saying that! Stop saying that you fall for me, I'm not stupid you're like all men!" She said and tears fell down her cheeks. I put my hands on her cheeks and cleaned them with my thumbs.

"Please don't cry, I'm sorry that my motives weren't the right at the beginning. I'm sorry that I discovered the amazing, smart and beautiful woman you are a little too late for me because I'd already hurt you and by then you thought badly about me. Then I screwed things up more because I got everything wrong about you and Jeremy. Ally, I'm not very smart about relationships, I have never felt this way for any girl until you, until you crashed my car and then you started getting little by little into my mind and then my heart." I said and held her chin up to look into her eyes.

She looked at me and I got a little bit  closer, our noses almost touching. "I love you Ally Bennett" I whispered and pressed my lips softly to hers. She kissed me back and I grabbed her face to pull her closer. I kissed her softly but with so much passion that I felt my knees weak but after a while she broke the kiss and pushed me away.

"No Blake, I can't" She put her hands up to create some distance between us. "I don't know how to feel about  you. I'm sorry." She choked out and I felt like being stabbed directly into my chest. She walked to the door and before leaving she said something I didn't want to hear.  "I quit." She said looking straight into my eyes and closed the door softly.
