If I could fly,

I would show up in your room,

At night to watch you sleep,

With an honest and genuine smile on my face,

You rock slowly in your sleep,

Whimpering my name so I can tell you're in pain,

But I stand my ground stopping myself,

From coming to you for an embrace,

Because if I do I' ll never let go,

But you deserve so much better more,

I ain't good enough for you,

You are diamond, I m just coal.

I watch from a distance,

Hoping I could be the reason you smile,

But fate set up this destiny,

To keep you away from mine.

I have a burning desire to make you happy,

I've always been selfish,

Always dreaming of being happy,

With you and yet I'm breaking apart,

Because I'am so vulnerable without you,

Wanting to stand on your toes,

And kiss your lips in divine happiness,

For its where I'll always belong for more.

I'll wait for you however long it may take,

I intend to be your greatest lover,

I don't care whether it takes years or decades,

This may as well be my best mistake to make.
