A/N: Hey Guys.

This is a new poem I wrote after getting inspired by FlyBum's poetry book "POP". I recommend it..you guys need to check it out. I loved every poem, the poetry book is quite refreshing and it's cool.

Also, I would like to thank my dear friend FetchingPenumbra for helping me end the poem after a slight struggle.

I hope you guys like the poem, if you do then please don't forget to VOTE & COMMENT! :)

Red lips,

Black mascara,

With shadows forming around her eyes,

An emo, a freak, a show off she's named,

Black gloves,

Long nails,

False smile,

Shallow laughs,

Big city,

Bright lights,

Honking taxis,

Fuel and putrid air,

Skin fair,

High heels,

Tattoos and big hair.

Outline of a butterfly covering her smooth back.

Large wings,

Big sips,

Alcoholic breath,

An outcast on New York sweets,

She walks the bulevard of broken dreams,

Those little things,

Hanging in the smoke,

To see through what's been lost,

A wish too easily taken for granted,

A whisper in the cold, dark night,

A child watches a falling star,

Asking Gods for foolish favors,

And yet, the Hubris - Nemesis - Tychy complex followed,

The Gods punished her for her blindness.

For living life in such ways.
