Um sorry for the um note again but just letting you guys no I won't be posting for a few days

Um the reason why was at school today
Uh my friend always were sweaters and she in never told me why. Well she did but I kinda thought she was um joking but I guess she wasn't. She I'm told me she cuts and I never saw scares or whatever but
Uh today she didn't have a sweater and when I looked over I thought I was going to cry in class (thankfully I was checked out early today) but um I looked over and her left arm uh had scars a um lot and it was red around the area
Um I I just I'm trying to process this and not mess up my books so. That's why I won't be posting. I'm just dealing through a lot.
She is my best friend and it's scary knowing you have a friend that does this  

About two weeks ago she wasn't at school so I asked why and um she said she Tryed to kill her self.
I litteraly started crying because I don't want to lose my best friend and I told her if she needs to talk to someone I was there for and to never try that again

But I told you guys because um if you think you have a way I can try to help her please comment the suggestions. It would mean so much to me
