Arranged marriage: Zutara

Chapter 1

I woke to the sound of Sokka.

"Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up! Katara please just wake uuuuppp!!! pleeaasee??"

Sokka was jumping from foot to foot hopping like an over excited child and sounding like one too.

"What Sokka? It better be interesting for you to come in on me while I was asleep."

Normally I would ask if everything was alright and is everyone safe but judging by the huge grin spread across his face he was fine and that nobody had died.

"The Fire Lord and Fire Lady Ursa are here!!!!!"

He sounded more excited by the moment as if it was growing over him.

"They're here! On holiday again!"
He looked like he was going to burst, I laughed at the though of this.

"Okay?" 

I think my brother needs mental help,

"And Sokka why didn't you get Freya to come and get me? I could of been naked!"

His mood dampened slightly,
"Freya is asleep! She said she was very tired!"

"I wonder why..."

"Katara! We did not!"

"We all know you did,"

"Wait how?"

"There we go you just proved it!"

"I was asking how!"

"Never mind,"

"Finally."

He looked around, threw me my clothes and left. When he was outside my tent when I heard him say,

"Why would I care what she thinks anyway, where is Zuko?"

He's a right loner, speaking to himself. When I got changed and came out of my tent I was met with an embrace from Fire Lady Ursa,

"Good Morning my dear!"

She had a gentle voice and it was alluring pulling me in. She smelt lovely, like a fruit of some sort. Ma came and gave me a kiss on the cheek. The fire lord shook my hand and smiled,

"Good Morning Katara,"

"Morning,"

His voice was stern but welcoming, how could that be possible that you can sound so stern but so loving at the same time?

"So did you enjoy your sleep?"
My mother was always trying to make them as warm as possible when they came here, she wanted them to be comfortable at all times and costs.

"Yes it was very nice, although its a lot colder than I remembered,"

Ursa didn't mind the cold but Ozai hated it, being a Firebender and all.

"Kya, Katara, do you know where Hakoda is we need to discuss something,"

"I think he's in the Drink tent, you know as he always is in the morning,"

"I shall see, thank you,"

Ozai bowed, turned around and left in the direction of the specific tent and shivered.

I'm sure that's all he does here, as well as caring for his family.

"Men.. What do they want now!"

Said Ursa who linked arms with my mother and went to sip some hot coco and talk about gossip in the communal tent.

Where was Sokka, Prince Zuko and Princess Azula?
